Hi Guys

Quick one how would you take your D-Bol 10mg the cycle says 40mg per day at this moment
I split it up 20mg at 12oclock and 20mg 2 hours before workout.

Is this ok to do it like this,and do I need to take it on my off days

try split it equally through the day if you possibly can. and yes u will need to take it on your off days too.
