I have done some cycles over the past few years, but now if been asked to give advice on a first cycle for a frend and i don't what to get it wrong.

Test E (testoviron) week 1 to 12 at 500 mg per week, mon and thursday.
Not sure if this might be to high dosge for first cycle?
this is what his supplier suggested, no other info given, no orals, no pct and no AI
sample cycle:
test E week 1 to 12, 250 mg x 2 per week.
week 1 to 6 dbol at 30 to 50 mg per day gesplit.
week 10 to 17 anavar or winny at 40 to 60 mg per day split.
week 1 to 12 proviron at 40 mg per day.
week 12 to 17 proviron at 60 mg per day.
hcg week 8 to 12 500 iu x 2 per week???

Nolva, clomid and letro on hand.
Please let me know if this cycle can work for a first cycle or is it to much for a firt cycle, maybe test only.
Also im thinking of doing simmilar cycle next year so if it is to much for a first cycle would like to know if this cycle can work.
