I'm busy finishing up with a cycle and have made some great gains. I'm currently a week into my bridge and am busy planning the next cycle in the meanwhile.
The cycle I'm currently coming off of looks as follows:
Cycle:
4 Dbols per day for 25 days at the beginning of the cycle.
PGW Testen 300 at 600mg per week for 12 weeks. This was pinned on Monday and Thursday.
Bridge:
4 Winstrols per day for 25 days
20mcg Clen (I'm super sensitive to this stuff. 20mcg is more than enough for fat loss for me).
PCT:
I will be following the PCT 2 protocol.
I will also be chucking in some of Pharmafreak's test freak to help things along.
My current stats:
Weight: 101 kg
Body fat: Last measurements had me at 6.6%. In truth, I'd estimate it to be anything between 6% and 8%
Diet:
Training days:
Meal 1:
150g extra lean beef (Fillet if the budget allowed for it)
2 whole eggs
150g sweet potato
Meal 2:
3 scoops Nutritech whey (approx 45g)
40g organic peanut butter
Meal 3:
200g chicken breast
2 cups green veg (broccoli)
40g macadamia nuts
Meal 4:
200g Ostrich Mince
1 cup green veg (broccoli)
2 tbsp olive oil
Meal 5 (Pre-workout)
1/3 cup oats
30g raisins
Amino acids
Creatine
100mg caffeine
Meal 6: (Post workout)
3 scoops Nutritech whey (approx 45g)
1 medium banana
Meal 7:
200g chicken breast
2 cups green veg (broccoli)
Meal 8:
200g ostrich mince
40g macadamia nuts
Non-training days:
Meal 1:
150g extra lean beef (Fillet if the budget allowed for it)
2 whole eggs
150g sweet potato
Meal 2:
3 scoops Nutritech whey (approx 45g)
40g oats
Meal 3:
200g chicken breast
2 cups green veg (broccoli)
1/2 cup basmati rice
Meal 4:
200g Ostrich Mince
1 cup green veg (broccoli)
2 tbsp olive oil
Meal 5:
1.5 cans tuna
2 cups veg
40g macadamia nuts
Meal 6:
3 scoops Nutritech whey (approx 45g)
40g organic peanut butter
Training:
Heavy weight training 5 days a week and 25 mins cardio daily.
Fasted cardio on the weekends for 30 mins
Now, I'm looking to try the intermediate Dbol, Testen, Deca & Winstrol cycle written by Admin which can be found here
This will be my first time running Deca. At this stage I'm just looking for some advice around this. Has anyone done this cycle? This would be my fourth cycle in total. That being said, is this something I should consider? Personally, I think that I should to start doing some more complicated cycles. I'm looking to hit around 115 kilos at my current body fat percentage by the end of the end of next year. So, what I'm saying is, I want quality muscle... Lots of it!

Regarding the diet; this diet has worked quite well for me. The banana at post workout provides sufficient carbs for my body. I get roughly 3123.37 calories in per day... Now, I know you're going to say that's not enough...
I am increasing my daily caloric intake very SLOWLY and giving my body time to adjust to the extra calories as I go along. This approach has work exceedingly well for me this past year. The weight I have gained is visible muscle mass with very little fat and water. I'm guessing I will only increase my caloric intake after the festive season when I start my next cycle.

Pyroclasm wrote: You can use any form of HCG, there is little difference between forms on their effects on the body. Lol at the rough guestimate of calories. I can only give you advice bud. If you didn't want to change anything in your diet then why post it? Your calories are high for someone off cycle. You are a big boy but they are enough. Eat more when your body is ready.
Yeah, after some reading I also came to conclusion that Ovitrelle and HCG are essentially the same thing. I only mentioned the diet for completeness. I've learnt it's best to include too much info rather than too little...
I'm thinking of doing a complete log (training, diet, cycle) and posting before/during/after pics and stats. Perhaps that would help other members of this community when the time comes for them to start doing more complex cycles.
I'm still in my bridge period now (second week) and thereafter is PCT 2. I will likely wait a month or so before climbing back on the gear.
