Test/Dbol how to add winstrol?

Hi guys,

Im doing a 12-14 week Test e cycle with a frontload of 50mg Dbol for the first 4 weeks. I have winstrol that i would like to add.

What is the best dose and time to add in the winstrol? Should I add it so that it stops with the last test injection or should i take it up to PCT?

Start it on the day of your last pin and run it at 40mg ED and discontinue one day before PCT. This is what is known as 'bridging', where you use an oral to keep you anabolic i.e not losing muscle, until pct starts. Remember strong liver support as Winstrol is very hepatotoxic.

I will do it like this. Also I just wanted to know isnt winstrol supressive and has to be taken with test? or will this not make a difference as there is still Test in your system in this "bridge" time?

I also have some proviron left, will it be a good idea to add this along with the winstrol?

Yes Proviron and Winstrol work very well together! The reason why we have to wait to start pct is that there are super high concentrations of test in your system, and it has to get to below a certain level before PCT can start. If not low enough your pct will fail. So yes indeed there is still plenty test in your test during this time. Yes winstrol is suppressive but it clears the system much faster than test, hence why you can run it closer to pct.
