Time off after long cycle was created by Nicknje
Hi All. About to finish cycle similar to Equipose Powerhouse. The cycle length will be about 20 weeks until PCT starts (This includes the 50 days bridging period). Then PCT will be about 5 weeks. This gives about a 25 week total. Now should the time on plus PCT = time off rule still apply? Just seems like an exceptionally long time to be off.

Do blood work 4 months after PCT to see how you have recovered.
