Oky so I have been doing some research and I am not ready yet for any tip of tren as I saw that PCT option 2 would not work for a tren cycle so I am so disapointed right now and started thinking of a new cycle te run to gain quality size I want to run a cycle that would add some good size like 10kg or so and that's when I came up with this cycle .. Please help with the cycle

Week 1-5 test prop @100mg EOD
Week 1-10 test cyp @ 500mg a week or test e @ 600mg a week

Should I add deca or mastron or any other roid to this combo?

Pct would be:
15 clomid
30 nolvadex

Could I use 20mg nolvadex a day from an anti estrogen? As I have had problems with gyno before

Any suggestions please

Try run short ester tests when you have issues with gyno, it might make a difference for u.

Week 1 - 12 Test Prop 100mg/ml @ 1ml Mon/Wed/Fri
Week 1 - 10 NPP 150mg/ml @ 1ml Mon/Wed/Fri
Week 1 - 12 Masteron Prop 100mg/ml @ 1.5ml
Week 10 - 14 Winstrol @ 50mg ED Split dose by 3

PCT starts End week 14

Use Adex @ 0.2mg EOD to combat Estrogen sides, and cabaser E5D @ 0.5mg for prolactin sides.

Thanx a lot oupa for the great advice .. Would this cycle help me to gain at least 6 kg of size? And is the winni tablets or injection?? The ED sould like it is tablets

How much you gain is dependent on how good your diet and training is... 6 is possible if you do your cycle properly

Sorry forgot to add ... The pinning you said to do mon/wed/fri so what about sunday?? Do I skip sunday and strat every monday?? Or would it role over to mon/wed/fir. Sun/theu/thur ?? I am not 100% clear on that sorry is might sound dum (maar nu ja ni baie seker daar oor)

P rhino .. Thank u for the advice , my diet is in check I calculate my calories and my protein is 2.5g per kg of body weight so no problems at the moment with diet

I train 5 days a week monday to friday

Mon - chest/shoulder/tricep
Teus - back/bicep/abs
Wed - legs/calves
Thur - shoulders/chest
Firday - bicep/tricep

On monday do 3 shoulder exercises and 2 tricep
On teuseday I do 3 bicep exercises
On thursday I do 2 chest exercises

Is there is anything wrong with the workout routine please help me out

LOL yes you sound confused so i made it Mon/Wd/Fri instead of EOD. Sometimes EOD even confuckolates me

Stick to Monday/Wednesday/Friday for 12 weeks. Dont worry about the other days, the steroid is fully active if you stay within the half live, and with a pinning schedule like that you'll do just fine !

Winnies are tabs yes dosed @ 10mg a tab or capsule.

6KG is easy with that cycle, keep your diet at a surplus for size.

Hahaha thanks a lot oupa haha u helped me like a real oupa now :cheer:

so this cycle will be the one I am going to run and I wil use PCT option 1 from this site (15 clomid and 30 nolvadex) and must admit thatEOD thing is like gr12 math haha confusing ... My I ask what the benifits would be from the winni tabs in the last 4 weeks?? Is it not to pick up to much bf?? Or keep the bf% down a bit??

It will be used as a 'bridge' , we do this to stay anabolic and keep making gains/dropping bf while we off the injectibles and waiting for pct to start

I would go for PCT3 bud...with the Test you will at least need HCG, and I am pretty sure with the NPP you will need the Aromasin. No experience with NPP/Deca...but this is just what I have found through research.

Did you have blood done to ensure you had no problems?
For nandrolone do PCT3

Hahaha hoe mus ek geweet het ek kan afr praat hier ... Oky ek het al deca gespyt en ek het ni nodag gehad om I mal erg PCT te vat soos PCT3 ni ek het my skouer geskeer in 2 plekke by di rugby en di dokter het deca 100 in my skouer in gespyt 1ml vir 3 weke so dit was 3 ml ?? Ek het al gehoor mens kan weg kom met NNP op PCT2 oor dit I short acting estar is

Deca shuts you down completely, for a couple of hundred bucks why take the risk? Do a proper PCT Bro

You'll regret not doing a proper PCT when you can't get your wife pregnant one day.
Besides 3 shots of Deca isn't a cycles ass and will have only done more damage than good.

After lots of information I have realised that I am not nearly yet experienced enough to start messing around with components that require as truly complicated PCT after a cycle and I have decided to gou back to the basics and master the basics before starting any cycle more complicated

My back to the basics cycle with I wil run for 2 to 3 times before moving to more complicated cycle

Week 1-4 Dbol@ 50mg ED
Week 1-8 test prop@ 1.5ml mon/wed/fri
I am thinking of adding proviron to the mix

PCT
Clomid
Nolvadex
HCG

the pct isn't complicated, all you do is add aromasin.

BUT I will give you credit on your wise choice, get some more experience, and do a shit load more research.

even the cycle you have suggested now will be great!

if you really want to get the most of it, include the winstrol+proviron from week 6-10, if money allows then use proviron from week 1.

PCt will start in week 10 as prop has a waiting period of 2 weeks.

Add HCG to your PCT as well. See PCT No2 in the downloads section.

Could I ask where to inject the HCG as I see you have to use a insulin needle .. Insulin needle's normaly get injected into the abdominal as far as I know ??
