The BIGGEST factor here is not the cycle but the diet and cardio. I have seen guys get shredded on 1000mg of test cyp before, so to say the drugs are the defining factor is a lie. U need to get your nutrition, training and cardio in check then the rest will follow. Its all about consistently doing your cardio training hard and keeping your diet on track. If u dont have all these factors under control u can take all the drugs in the world and will still stay fat.

Interesting, and here I was told to never do cardio as fat will be eaten away just by pushing weights, wrt cardio, how much are we talking here, I for one really struggle to get rid of the belly, but then again I also never do cardio at all, are we talking low cardio or high intensity cardio?

Who ever told u that is completely wrong and if they work in the fitness or health care industry should have no clients. Start with 20mins 6x a week, 3 hiit sessions on a stepper and then 3 mod intensity sessions on a treadmill.

FFS - all this time and I've done 0 cardio, let me read up on hiit sessions quick, quick a note on this, I have pretty much no body fat I don't think on the rest of my body, just stomach, I say this cause I can hardly pull the skin away on parts of my body, would this cardio fix that or should I be doing cardio targeted at my stomach

PS - HeavyLifter - sorry if I have taken over your post, I do apologize and won’t ask anymore here

If u have a boep it is carb resistance lactose intolerance in other words u eating to much starch and sugar ..try the keto with green veg only and then gradually add coulourful veg and then starch in small amounts until u find your spot with starch it can be a process to get right but we dont all matabolise starch the same ...DJ is the diet guru maybe he will work something out for u...

Thanks Mike

Just some info then:

I have had no sugar in the last 6 weeks, starch, if anything maybe a roll here and there, brown rice and sweet pot only, but in small amounts, no fruit either, only a bit of honey in my oats and that's about it, ive been eating salad and veg and meat and chicken only, im very strict with my diet but in all this time, I am yet to see a 1cm drop on my stomach

Im just worried that if I start cardio ill been eating away at my muscle gains and that's the last thing I want

It doesn't matter what diet you follow, I for one won't do Keto as I love carbs and still get shredded eating loads of them. in the end of the day to loose weight you need to burn more cals than you eat. So unless your weighing your food and no how many cals your eating and how many your using your never going to get rid of unwanted fat.

Go big or go home...

Ok well then im lost, im trying to eat anything from 3000 to 4000 cal a day

How the hell am I going to burn that off?

Im 94.8 as of this morning and my target is 102kg

is there no way to get to this eating clean, keeping the muscle and doing cardio if I have to?

U will have to work out your maintenance calories and back of about 250 to 500 calories of lean protien and GREEN veg and salad 3 meals clean 3 meals with a teespoon olive oil plus omega and vit sup NO sugar.. rolls ect for 2 to 4 weeks then gradually add coulorful veg like carrots..
and the sweet potatoe later till u pick up weight then back off ...there are various ways of doing this as well like refeeds ect ...also keep in mind u need carbs to build muscle / keep muscle looking full but if u over feed it converts to fat and is stored around and on the stomache...
Use at least 3 grams per kg body weight = protein in your calculation

First get rid of your boep before you bulk. It's much harder to lose abdominal fat after a bulk while holding onto your muscle that you've gained. If you can't see any abs get your bf% down a bit first.

Regarding cardio, it depends on your genetics as some people will really struggle to gain decent lean mass doing more than 3x sessions a week and some will still a good amount of lean mass. If you are aiming to gain 8KG lean mass while doing more than 3x hiit cardio sessions a week you can keep dreaming bro.
