Advice to Keep Gains was created by Sampie
Hi Guys

I'm in need of advice I have completed my first Beginner cycle more that a month and a half ago and done the PCT.

I gained 9,5 kg on my body mass and good gains form the cycle but I want to keep my gains would
it be good for me to go only back on to Dbol let say 10mg or 20mg a day to keep the gains or what would you prefer.

dude, after ANY cycle your own test will shut down, the "PCT" is just a bridge to your next cycle, now after your pct if u have already begun it, cruise on 200-250mg test a week so u feel good and dont lose gains, you are then basically just giving your body that it would have made if the steroids never influenced your HPTA

That's Shocking advice Mornings77. This site is about the responsible use of steroids and his PCT is done to help his normal test production recover not a stepping stone to go on TRT...
You may be fooled into thinking your the next Ronnie Colman but even the top competing athletes take time off to recover.
He'll still be within his genetic potential so if he eats properly and trains hard he'll hang onto most of his gains and still be able to reproduce without completely ruining his HPTA axis and ending up infertile at an Endo like your going to.
I'm so mad right now but I'm just going to bite my tongue and let Admin and the mods deal with you.

Go big or go home...

You are giving incorrect advice that is leading people down a dangerous path. If you do not know what you are talking about do not say anything. This is a warning to stop this or you will be banned.

Just a quick one.....with a PCT, time off gear should equal time on correct? So if i am on for 12 weeks it would be recommended to be off for 12 - 16 weeks?

example - Cycle 12 weeks, bridge 4 weeks, pct 4 weeks = 20weeks. 20 weeks starting from basically your last day of PCT.

dude, ok, im not even gonna argue about this cause it will just turn this thread into fights and mess.

@sampie, you will see for yourself, if you honestly go OFF cycle i.e not on ANYTHING, not matter what, clen, hgh, igf, whatever you will not look the same, feel the same, have the same fullness and shape u had on steroids.

and @rhino, do u really think pro's take off cycle? you are wrong my friend, just think the insane hormonal changes the pro's body have to undergo, those super heavy cycles, and then just come off? are you insane, you will feel like SHIT if you do that, all pros are on at least some low doses of just test, hgh and/or igf.

this video might not be entirely right BUT, please watch it all, this guy is not a bullshitter.

I think most experienced guys on this board knows the "Pro"s blast and cruise, but they chose to be on it for the rest of their lives. But the normal guys who competes here and there doesnt need to unless they also chose to be on test for the rest of their lives which is quite dumb IMO. Fixing something that aint broken FTL. Its called CYCLES for a reason bro

Well my 2 cents worth on this topic goes like this.

I was 73kgs when i left school and i could not get off it. I took Juice, gear what ever you want to call it and i put on serious weight.....about 24kgs. This mind you was when i was 25 years old, so a good couple of years after school.
I was training for comp and had a bike accident so i stopped EVERYTHING, even my training.
I was 97kgs when i had my accident......(this is where it gets interesting).
ALL i did was Pregnyl......Mon, Wed, Fri, one course and thats it.
8 years down the line and here i am. I went down as far as 88kgs, put on a bit of a gut which progressed to a larger gut then i decided to get back into my training which started 23rd December 2013. Mind you STILL bar the gut a really decent physique.
So in saying what i have it comes down to the individuals body and how it reacts and maintains itself.

You dont have to agree morning77 and neither does anyone else out there.......but.......my proof is in my pudding.

Please people dont go freaking out, this is my opinion and proof which im sure i am entitled to.

I am on gear now and i am almost past what i was in weight and better physique in just 7 weeks.
So this bald nut you posted a video of......to me.....he is a BIG BULLSHITTER.

Liftmeister and morning77 not all pros stay on all year round. Hire one of the top contest prep guys like hany rambod even George farah and Neil hill, they all pull their guys off gear and do a pct with them, so please don't say all the pros just stay on. Look at flex lewis, he doesn't even train for 6-8 weeks after the olympia, dave henry is an American soldier and get deployed all the time so he can't be on gas when he is another country serving his precious merica, so please don't assume all pros stay on, in order to have longevity in the sport they come off and give their body's a break!

You body produces around 60/80mg a week, so 200/250mg you can achieve good results with a decent diet.

I agree 100% with this. I have just started week 4 of dbol and Test E. 40mg Dbol ED (except Sat and Sun as i dont take it then and nor do i eat the same.) with 300mg Test E a week. I have seen some SERIOUS difference in my size AND everyone else notices it to. I am by no means saying its all Muscle mass but at the same time im Not looking like a beach ball. I will be dropping the dbol end of this week cause i dont want to bloat anymore.
A little goes a long way if you eating correct.

Except not taking your Dbol on the weekends is a serious mistake. Your blood levels will never be stable and your leaving yourself open to all the sides. A waist of dbol in my opinion.
As for not eating properly over weekends when your body really needs good clean cals to grow while your resting... If your going to put your body under the strains of juice you owe it to yourself to do it properly and not half assed.

Go big or go home...

Perhaps you misread my post as I have not stated ALL pro’s stay on year round. I personally know a 135kg giant who cycles so I wouldn’t assume all of them do. My point to morning77 was that IMO its dumb as an amateur to cruise unless on TRT
