Hey guys,
I am planning my next cycle. Last one was test prop + winstrol for 8 weeks. Results were awesome and I am looking for something similar, may be with more muscle.
So I was planning on a 8 weeks cycle with 150mg test prop eod and 60mg Tbol for the first 6 weeks. + liver protection of course.
Simple pct clomid and nolva (protocole 1).
But my supplier recommand me to add equipoise (boldenone) to the stack for a more vascular look and to do the cycle for 12 weeks, with 8 weeks of equipoise and test prop for the 12 weeks. (his first suggestion was to add tren but I don't want something that harsh.
What do you reckon? only test prop + Tbol for 8 weeks or test prop + Tbol + equipose for 12 weeks? Knowing that I would like to stick to a simple pct as I am not willing to add hcg...

I havent used tbol before so I cant help you out there..but...8 weeks of equipoise is too short!! If you plan on running test for 12 weeks rather go with test e,makes pinning a lot easier.

Whats your stats post cycle?

Stay with tbol on 6 weeks @ 60mg, dont use up to 8 weeks. Equi should also be used for 12 weeks at a minimum.

Why dont you want to add HCG to your pct or even in cycle ?

That's exactly what I was thinking, that 8 weeks of equipoise is not enough as it really worth it after 10/12 weeks of use...
Anyone on the test prop Tbol cycle advice itself?
stats : 38 yo, 5'57, weight : 187, BF : 10%

. No it is just that I would like to avoir ed pinning with hcg on top, don't want to spend my time pinning

so that's why I would like to stay with a simple cycle and stick if possible to pct 1

Sounds ok yes.

Prop 8 weeks
Tbol 6 weeks
Proviron 10 weeks (including bridge before pct)

I would still add HCG @ your age.

never done my research on hcg. How to use it, how often and dosages? I shall start it at the middle of the pct through the end of the pct is that correct?

So 250mu twice a week until pct start. 8 weeks cycle, so should I start in week 4 until week 10 when pct starts?

U deffernatly need HCG when using test ..its a insulin syringe so it is a pin prick in the stamache area ...nothing to worry about just calculate the day u start clomid backwards 10 weeks or u can do 500iu with the Nolva during PCT

So what you meanis that I only need to use it for 10 days @250iu twice weekly and that's it? Which means only 4 pins? If yes then I can do it during my bridge of 14 days between my last tesp prop shot and the beginning of the clomid.
Is that correct?
After so reading I have decided to follow your advice and to add it.
Could I be concern with gyno with Hcg? (never had any worries with test prop nor Tbol)?
Also is it better to start kick with the Tbol from the first week for 6 weeks or to use Tbol at the end of the cycle and as a bridge until my pct starts?

sorry for all the questions, just want to make my cycle perfect or so...

oups 10 weeks not 10 days. Misread

So shall I start it from the beginning as it will be a 8 weeks cycle + 3 weeks waiting time before PCT?

I recon a good cycle will be

tbol week 1 - 6 @ 60mg Split x 2 40/20
test prop week 1 - 10 @ 1.5mg eod
proviron week 1 - 12
hcg week 6 - 12 500iu pw split 2 shots @ 250iu
clomid week 12 - 13
nolva week 13 - 17

Many thanks Oupa, looks good to me, so i will extend to 10 weeks of prop and add HCG as suggested. I guess HCG also does help to keep the gain after pct!
Will need to read again the post about hcg on how to use it (I have read that some people were confused between ui and ml, but if I use a 2ml bacterial water (or whatever the name) then I need to inject 0,1ml of hcg twice a week. I will let me belly hair grow to hide the spots lol

HAHA ! The spots will disappear in a few days man, only your wife will notice it when she is up, close and personal

If you have HCG 5000iu and use 2ml water to reconstitute it you will get 2500iu per ml, so to get your 250iu you will take 0.1ml. (1ml/10)

if you don't have gyno issues with test, you shouldnt have issues with HCG. Everybody responds dirrerent, so you will have to wait and see....
