Starter cycle help was created by Leadleg
Hi guys

I am 23 years old. I weigh 87 at the moment and I know the basics of gym routines etc. I am by no means a pro lifter. I know the people on this forum are very good when it comes to getting guys to first consider whether juice is what they really should use. However, I have done the natural thing for a year on and off now and I'm just not seeing the results I want to.

I am looking for a starter cycle that will give me some good gains and also possibly reduce my body fat. Last I checked I was at about 15-17% body fat. I see that most people don't suggest orals at all- so would you rather suggest I inject? I'm not a big fan of needles but if that is the way then I'm willing to do that. I also know prices aren't discussed at all on the forums, so once someone has suggested a basic first cycle for me where would I be able to source the products from? I have decided to juice (preferably for a short time) so please don't try convince me otherwise.

Thanks!

Edit: I am considering this cycle : www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1

First welcome to the forum. Second we dont discuss sources. Third by making coments such as u know gym basics and have decided to juice so dont try convince u otherwise just shows how immature u are towards this. Firstly if your diet is crap u will never grow let alone loose the fat u are carrying. Secondly if u arent training properly the same rule applies. By taking anavar and sitting on your couch isnt gonna tuen u into ronnie coleman. U need to get your head right first and get your diet right, training right and your quick fix attitude before u will achieve anyrhing. U shouldn't be asking what do u take to build muscle the question should be what does it take to build muscle. And the answer is hard work, hard training, good diet and consistency over a long period of time.

What u need to understand is that food is the most anabolic substance in the world. Without it u wont grow . So having multiple anabolics in your body and eating 2 meals aday isnt gonna produce results. Post up your daily food intake firstly for us to see then your training programme and then we can see where to help u first.

Bro do as DJ suggested and post up a daily diet and a training program :)

1- How tall are you bud?

2- Maybe you should go to the gym and loose a bit of weight, so that you get your bodyfat down to about 12%. I think it would be better to think of a cycle then.

3- If you've been to the gym a year on and off, when last did you train proper?

Bodyfat is definitely too high! I made that mistake with my first cycle and all I can say is...gyno!
