I would really like to get some insight and decent advice on the following stack.
I prefer the leaner look, and would really like to cut out some excess body fat as well
Im 5ft6 31years old and 100kg.
Right now everything I seem to do isnt working and before I take this route I wnated to get some advice from the best sources.
I would like to know if it can be done, and the best way to stay healthy during and after the course, and how these compounds should be staggered through the day or if at all.
I was looking at a 6 week cycle with the following doses:
Var 10mg tabs
Clen 10mg tabs
Win 10mg tabs
Proviron
Ketotifen to keep receptors up and longer lasting for the Clen. (not sure where to insert it or the dose)
Week 1
- Clen/var/win = 2 tabs a day of each
Week 2
- Clen/var/win = 4/2/2 per day
Week 3
- Clen/var/win/Pro = 6/3/3/1
Week 4
- Clen/var/win/Pro = 6/3/3/1
Week 5
- Clen/var/win/Pro = 6/2/2/1
Week 6
- Clen/var/win/Pro = 6/2/2
PCT Clomid 10mg/tab and Nolva 20mg/tab
Week 7
- Clo 20mg/day
Week 8 onwards
- Nolva 20mg/day for 30 days.
any assistance would be great!
I will also be working with liver detox from day 1, so something stronger than milk thistle if I can find.

What size is your waist so we can get an idea of how much fat you need to lose and how much you should be eating?

I wasn't sure if it was any way to go or not.
Most are saying food and more food... For sure I agree! My diet isn't super clean but it is pretty lean.
Breakfast 3 eggs and half a cup cooked oats
Lunch is grilled chicken breast with green salad
Dinner is the same as lunch or with veg
Snacks through the day include 25 almonds raw
And after training I use some whey with water.
I drink one cup of coffee a day and the rest is water...no juice or fizzy drinks.

My diet at the moment is very calorie restricted and has been for a while how ever I seem to be unresponsive to anything for over a 2 years now.
If you guys are saying not to waste my time with this stuff I won't, my only other step was to go see an endocrinologist and see what's going on under the hood.
I've never measured my waist so I can't tell you for certain.
Thanks for the feedback though

This can be very frustrating, i know how you feel. Do you know how many calories you are eating per day? You say youre eating veg, what kind of veg? depending on your goals and what you expect from it even the kind of veg you eat can have an impact on fat loss goals. I would start with counting calories and learning how to manipulate my diet.. no matter what body type this has to work, i can only tell you this coz ive got first hand experience. Leave the chemicals until fat loss slows down

I got a heart rate monitor to also assist with calories burnt and stuff, and its really helping me stay foccussed. BUT.... I burn on average around 800 to 1000 calories every workout of 1h30m, and i workout Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I mix cardio with HIIT workouts and then once a week I go heavy weights only and low reps targeting the whole body, 2/3 sets of 6-8 reps max just to change it up. (my focus being to lose) Im just concerned I start losing muscle mass instead of the body fat.
My calorie consumption is low, I dont have a recent acount but its under 2000 per day( last check as per my eating plan) as I was advised by a nutrionist that I should be below 2500 per day.
Veg...Mostly green veg, I try and stay away from potatoes and corn and starchy stuff. I stick to Broccilli, green beans, sweet potatoe and such and avoid as much dairy and sugar as possible. I actually try eat more salad in the evenings.

But ok thats just a rough guideline.. go to the diet sticky on this forum and workout the exact amount of what u should be eating
For fatloss I do this
5 day split- after every workout 30-40mins steady state cardio
I try and lift heavier than when im at maintenance
Im a firm believer in always lifting heavy no matter what my goal is
HIIT is also a winner
Oh and your dietician is wrong lol.. with that little cals you are sure to lose muscle IMO

Muscleaddict wrote: There is no way of working out your maintenance calories unless you know your body fat %. With a very high bf % you need to rather look at a formula that uses your Lean Body Mass and not total mass like the Katch-McArdle equation.
Correct
I use those charts to give me a rough idea coz i had trouble finding the calipers
so if my bf is 12% and my total weight is 82kg's I subtract the 12 which gives me a lean body mass of 70kg and take it from there to work out PFC cals. Not the most accurate way perhaps but it worked for me.. i just had to adjust here and there

I have no doubt in my mind that you have burnt through most of your muscle training like that with such low calories and carbs. Each kg of muscle burns 30-60 calories per day just by being there. If you lose 5kg of muscle that means you are losing out on 150-300 cals off exrra fat burning per day. Lose another 5kg of muscle and you get the point. When you lose kgs of muscle your body will normally be in self defence mode, meaning that it will slow down your metabolism as much as possible to avoid further wastage. This I believe is your problem at the moment and why you are not losing fat. If you go to the endo you will probably see your hormones out of whack, he will give you some or other drug but this will not solve the root of the problem and just make things worse. On the flip side there is hope! Right now you need to focus on starting your metabolism again and getting your body out of its funk and turn it into a fat burning monster! I will help you but I cannot do that until you accept your situation and change the way you look at this.

Thank you for the feedback, and yeah I agree with you, it seems like its a catch 22 all the time, Getting advise as im not the expert from people that i should be able to trust only to find that its leaving me worse off.
I want to treaat the cause and not the symtom so if you think I should hold off on all this and kick my metabolism's ass, then lets do it!! I want to do this right, I dont want to mess my body up more, and thats why i'm willing to consider help from people that actually are living a similar lifestyle and have the same interest.
I dont have a clue in getting my metabolism to being a demolishing machine, so any help would REALLY be apprecieated.
Im tired of wasting time and money with people that are just out to make money.

I am starting to have my eyes opened too the fact that there are many "qualified professional" liars out there that just want to make money off you and land up screwing you up more.
Thanks for the advise though!
