3rd Cycle plan. Assistance required was created by Inferno
Hi Guys

I troll this site daily and even though I don't comment much (more so because im no expert) I really appreciate the fact we have guys like we have on this forum. You guys assist without any monetary gain and it is some thing to appreciate and respect. A big thank you to all the guys!

After many weeks of thought and research I have considered the cycle tabled below.

Cycle Goal:
Slow and steady lean mass.

Cycle history:

- Cycle 1: Test E 6 weeks ( Aborted due to illness)
- Cycle 2: Test E 10 weeks with Tbol (25days) front load and PCT 2. Attempted to bridge with Prop but I couldn't handle the pain.

Age: 29
Current weight: 86kg.
Body Fat: not sure but above 15% currently

Intended date to commence:
once body fat has dropped to acceptable level.
(Starting a Clen+Yohimbe cycle to assist)

Workout & diet:
Using the ones I have from SSN challenge with Andrew Hudson and Hennie Kotze

Proposed Cycle:

Week 1 - 4 ( 30 days): Tbol @50mg per day (Oral Tech)
week 1 - 15: Test E @ 500mg per week (Alpha Pharma)
Week 1 - 15: Equipoise @ 500mg per week (Alpha Pharma)
Week 1 - 22: Proviron @ 50mg per day (Schering)
week 6 - 22: HCG 500iu per week

On Hand:
Letro (LP)
Arimidex pills (Nomad)

Bridge:
Not sure. help required

PCT:
LP Clomd, Nolvadex and Aromasin.

Please can you guys offer me honest criticism and corrections where needed.

Good cycle. I would add prop to the bridge, but you dont like it... and some Anavar from week 14 - 22 @ 60mg ED

Nice cycle...

Was planning something very similar for my 2nd cycle.

There are some long esters there, you should listen to Oupa and bridge with test prop and Var or winnies. You should try pinning the prop in your delts...changed my life that.

Thanks Oupa and Heritage for the replies. I have 2 bottles of LP anavar. My only concern is that i have been told that if my Body fat is not under 10% the effect of var will be minimal. Is this true?
Took 2 shots of Alpha Pharma Prop and it was game over. Jeez it was painful.
I've also heard/read that PGW has found away around the pan prop causes. So I might give it a try

Hey bud. I agree with min results from the Var, if your BF is not below 10%. I loved the strength gains on the Var. So if you keen for some good strength, go for it. But if you not gonna be under 10% you might be a little disappointed. Remember we all react differently to these compounds.

And PGW prop is supa smooth bru. I can handle injecting that shit three times a day. LOL! That's a joke!

Nice cycle presentation btw! Thumbs up bru!

What's your height? And is this gonna be your 1st time on Clen and Yoh?

Height is +- 1.72

Lol ill see if I can find someone with pgw prop to borrow a ml from to test first :)

Yip I agree with you about the var. I already have it so it's no cost, I just need to make sure I get the best out of it.
Yip first time Clen and Yohimbe. I'm considering leaving out the Yohimbe on my first use to first assess my tolerance to clen alone.

Clen and Yohimbine work very well together. If you like start the Clen for a week or so and see how you handle, then introduce the Yohimbine.

Dude if u get your B/F below 15 % u can bridge with Anavar u will still see a differance just more so if u were single digit but the stength alone will keep u going as u have 30 days to waite for PCT...

If I don't get below 15 I'm not even starting the course :)
I think wait to PCT is +-45/50 days with equipoise tho.

@ron, cool I'll probably get myself 1 pgw prop. If i start my course in october i'll only need it next year.
Reason I use Alpha is I only pay for my course once my course is complete ; )

So what, if you don't get results you don't pay for the gear at the end of your cycle? And if you get results you pay double! LOL!
