Cycle Advice

Long time no speak, I hope everyone is healthy and making gains!

Question, looking to do a 8-10 week cycle closer to the end of the year to work up to another photoshoot!

Last year I just did Var and Proviron, and liver held up well, and hormones bounced back fairly quickly post cycle. PCT was clomid and kessar, and I took clomid basically through out the cycle too.

So question is, regarding shut down, crashing afterwards, etc.

If I had to do Test Prop, Mast and Var for example, instead of just var and proviron, would that shut me down any more than JUST var would? According to my knowledge, shut down is shut down, whether its 1 dbol, or 300mg test, they will shut you down either way?

Please correct me if I am wrong. Looking forward to hearing some of your opinions and advice.

Shut down is shut down but when u add test it is harder to recover add a 19 nor and it is even harder ...so shut down harder ...why did u use Clomid during cycle ? U need to add HCG when u use test ....

I work with an endo during my last cycle, and thats what he prescribed for me. And it worked well, very well. Must be honest, I dont no the ins and outs, but it worked for me. thanks mike, appreciate the advice.

Interesting, cant argue with your endo but perhaps you can ask him about the clomid for us and let us know. Scally and Crisler see no benefit to it whatsoever.

Little question, a tad off topic, But the best Var out at the moment? I used Oral Tech last year and it seemed pretty decent? Heard Alpha Pharm is also good but very pricey?

If you're only doing anavar and proviron your LH and FSH will benefit somewhat from adding clomid but on a proper cycle of say 500mg test per week plus orals or whatever else it will do nothing.

If you go on a mellow var or primo only cycle or a TRT dose of 150mg/week most men will still respond to clomid enough to boost sperm production and LH significantly but it will still be much lower than normal.
