Hi All,

So ill start off by saying this is going to be quite a story to tell if you bear to follow, thank you.

Some back ground info:
I've been a member on here since 2008 I'd say and always am in the back grounds reading just dont post too often,

I have done a good couple cycles and hav gained and lost(stupidly) a fair amount over the years and currently am 93 +- 15% bf.

Sounds pretty normal so far but here comes my unfortunate lifes twist:

Steroids have never had notiecably ill effects on my body except for a minor case of gyno which i am not too phased about, however, in dec 2012 following a short win + test cycle i wen to zambia and was on anti malarial meds for the duration of the stay and a few days afterwards.

On the holiday I had extreme stomach discomfort and struggled to eat much with out needing to rush to the bathroom, I admit diet went out the window and was in full holiday mode but this was nothing I had experienced before.

A gastro-enterologist told me I have IBS and prescribed agiobulk and told me it should help,

After months of living like that I started a form of the elimination diet, trying to figure what was causing all the issues. From this I found I am dairy intolerant(cant have whey isolate either), gluten+yeast intolerant, and get bloated from literally every single food.

I am now on a strict clean diet, although I tend to slide a bit on the weekends. as u can imagine my weight has plummeted and have been struggling to gain ever since.

Is there any one else on the forum with some time of disease like this that is managing to gain some decent mass or should I let my goals of growing large slip away?

my current diet is as follows: please keep in mind large meal portions arent ideal.

4x 10g glutamine through out the day,

meal 1: 70g oats + metagenics GI sustain shake

meal 2: 200g chicken breast, 75g brown rice/300g sweet potato

Meal 3: 200g chicken breast, green veg

meal 4: 250g ostritch sausages, green veg + handful of nuts

meal 5 200g chicken + salad

Im training at 5am with 10g amino acids intra w/o thinking of adding more bcaa's during the day if my stomach can handle it to try get my protein up. I am on probiflora probiotics as well.

I know my daily intake is minimal at best but this is what I can manage at the moment.

Any advice on specific supplements or food types i can try would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
