pre cycle, anything I should know about??? was created by animal stack
What's up as you probably figured I'm about to start my first cycle which includes Supertest 320(PGW), teston and T-bol.
More to the point I hear to much talk about PCT, is there any pre cycle treatment or protocall that should be followed before starting a cycle. I think it would be just as important to prepare the body as it is to treat it after a cycle. Un informed answers should be kept to yourself.
Cheers guys

What are you planned dosages ?
Pinning schedule ?
Age ?
Bodyfat % ?

And lastly you will find no uninformed answers here. Some my critisize and yes that is needed to stop one from harming ones health by running in impropper cycle and pct.

Also what is your planned pct ?
Do you have AI's on hand ?

Please give us some more information

I didn't mean any disrespect by saying "un informed answers" its just that I've heard so many different things from "newbies" as you would call them or people whose heard or read things but know nothing about qanabolics.

Right now I'm 27 with 9% bodyfat, plan to take 1ml of both supertest and teston a week, with 4 tabs of t-bol a day I have Aromasin for my AI and Nolvadex for my PCT. Also I'll be taking proviron half way into my cycle, which would be in week 5

Animal stack the next step we are going to ask you your diet and then explain how that is important. You are going to say your diet is good, be convinced its no good and then eventually post it and see its not as good as you thought. Then get some good advice and then start gaining without roids.

Yap. You should be heavier, how tall are you?

I'm 170cm tall
Your right I did think that my diet was good,I do have a pretty balanced diet. I also regulary keep track on how much protein and carbs I take but do have high to moderate days depending on my workout. My main problem is my high Metabolism, which prevents me from gaining weight. I am open to suggestions though

Im just going to be blunt here, so don't take offence.

I can almost guarentee your not eating nearly enough food, the fact the you are 65kgs tells me so. Plain and simple.

As for uninformed answers, it seems your rather uninformed yourself bud.. in regards to your planned cycle and pct. Test is test, i see no reason to run supertest aswell as test e, if your not going to split your supertest doses evenly to accomodate the short esters your going to have a real hard time keeping levels stable, avoid the complications and run a singled estered test, it will make things alot more manageable for your first cycle, pct is not nearly sufficient either. There is alot of room for improvement

But before we get into that, post your diet for us, an honest detailed diet.. and we take it from there, you could easily be 75kgs for your height without the use of anabolics

Regarding your pct I am quoting OUPA here from the thread PCT protocol

You seem to need alot more knowledge on these topics before you cycle. But here is OUPA opinion.as in the thread about pct

"If your recovery from previous cycles was shit, and your libido; general well being went for a ball of shit, Aromasin, Clomid and Nolvadex is recommended.

All depends but i personally recommend 50mg Clomid for 14 days; Nolva @ 20mg for 4 weeks. On heavy cycles, 4 weeks clomid @ 50mg ED, Aromasin @ 20mg EOD and overlapping Nolvadex @ 20mg ED in the last week of clomid use. Continue Nolvadex use for 3 - 4 weeks."

Having being in your position before weighing 60Kg at 1.73m when I started gymming I want to pull my hair out when I hear people saying they can't gain weight because they have a fast metabolism, like they fall into a unique category of people who can't get big. It's very simple - eat more food and add in a shake or 2 of 100g finely blended oats and 50-60g whey, or blend 50g of nuts or sugar free peanut butter instead of the oats. It's not easy forcing yourself to eat but that's what you have to do.

You will gain size on cycle obviously but with your metabolism you will have to work very hard and force feed yourself to keep your gains. Post cycle when your hormones are all messed up the last thing you'll want to do is keep eating but just bite the bullet.

Let's see your diet so we can help.

Again guys I don't mean any disrespect by saying "uninformed answers" its just that everything I've heatd so far from people (not specifically from this website) has gotten me to the point I'm at now and its become clear that I'm still very much in the dark.

Back to the point, I normally have 4 to 5 meals a day, with a supp (mass addiction by ssn) in the morning and after training.
I honestly don't have a specific daily diet, I keep track on my protein and carb intake daily and adjust it to high or moderate days according to my workout for the day.
I thought doing this and staying away from things cooked with oil and trying to get enough large amounts of food in would work.
I do eat oats every morning and as a snak at night, well its actually musli but I prefer it because of the raw nuts it has in it.
That's basically it

Eating only 1500 calories of food a day is nothing. You need to up that. It is the reason why you are not growing. Your Cal intake is too low. and even a cycle wont help you before we fix that. Read some of the stickies and threads in the diet section and then we can work from there. The diet is the main thing we need to fix here to get you growing again bud.

I appreciate the advice Kuifie and every1 else who posted, I'm definitely gonna put going on a cycle on hold, while I gather more info and make serious changes with my diet.

Oupa: for my hight and weight it takes 2400 cal to maintain what I have,so I'm assuming it would take around 3000+ to gain??

500 above maintenance is a general thing to go by. If after a a while at 500 above you still not gaining then you need to up it until you find the spot where you do gain

What I would also suggest, which I didn't do and regret, is get baseline bloods done pre cycle. That way post PCT you have a comparative hormone level to asses your recovery. I would test:
testosterone
Free testosterone
sex binding hormone
Estrodial
Thyroid function
Clearly cost becomes and issue the more you test assuming you don't get a doctor's prescription and can't put through medical aid.

A year and a half ago I weighed 61kg and through hard work at the gym and correct diet I went up to 74kg. I also thought I was eating loads but I was nowhere near I needed to be. I now eat 6 to 8 meals a day, mince, chicken breasts, rice etc. Bro I did a oral cycle of Proviron and Tbol and gained some excellent lean mass. I would say maybe hit some Essential a week before and continue through your cycle. 4 caps a day sounds a bit much but I'm no expert like the others here....

Oh just to add, go have a look under the articles section at the beginners bulking cycle... But like others said you really need to get your diet sorted. What does it help through the cycle you gain 12kgs and loose 10 after pct due to not eating enough.
