T-Bol vs Winstrol bridge? was created by Roy123
Hi guys,
I'm about 6 weeks into the intermediate bulking cycle (Test-deca with a b-Bol kick start). Was just thinking about the bridge between Cycle and PCT, is there much difference between T-Bol and Winstrol? I read the chart in the info section, look pretty similar except T-Bol has lower side effects, so I'm leaning more towards the t-Bol then! You guys have any preference?

It depends on your BF. If your sub 10 and want to harden up at the end Winni. If not go with Tbol and grow a little more because it doesn't help hardening up muscle with Winni if it's buried under 15% of Fat.

Yeah sub 10% BF, I wish! I was 16% before I started the cycle. Thanks guys I will go with the T-Bol, recommended dose? 40mg/day? Not too worried about gains from the T-Bol, just really want to hang on to what Iv already gained.

And if you are sub 10% and go with winny: will 40mg work or 30mg?

Either or Bud, you could go with 40mg with your size but 30 would also do the trick. Face it it's your bridge so the main idea is to stay anabolic it's not like your going to do a quick 3 week cut because even if you drop your cals pretty quickly from a surplus your only going to have a couple of weeks to cut which is pretty useless before you need to up your cals again to maintain .
