Good day
I want to start planning my second cycle that will start Dec. or Jan.
My current stats:
180cm
76kg
23 age... Dec. I will be 24
Round about 13-15% bodyfat (You can check pics on hertz year log , haven't change much at front just some more definition on my back and more veins getting visible on my arms)

Plan:
Week 1-10 Testen 300 @ 600mg/week
Week 1-4 tbol @ 40mg/day
Week 9- 2 days before Pct clen @ 40mcg/day and work up
Week 9- 2 days before Pct yoh @ 10mg/ day
Week 9- 2 days before Pct beta sleep @ 1cap/day
If there is cash available I will throw in some proviron @ 40mg/day

Current diet is keto but will recalculate for 500 cals above maintenance
Training currently light weight training 5/week with about an hour cardio 4/week will change weight training obviously and keep cardio as is , maybe do fasted cardio in morning depending how my fat pics up.
Any comments welcome guys thanks.

I'd extend it to 12 weeks and I deffinatly wouldn't do nearly as much cardio as you plan on if you want to gain a decent amount of muscle. I'd keep cardio to twice a week for 30min Max
Your obviously going to come off Keto and add carbs for your cycle hey?
Get as lean as you can now, you'll easily get sub 10 before your cycle and then you won't have to worry about fat while cycling or even post cycle! face it you want to up cals and drop cardio while your on PCT to hold onto as much of your gains as possible.

Go big or go home...

Agree with Rhino
12 week cycle
Come off the keto on cycle and past pct or you will lose your gains
I normally keep my calories where I ended off on cycle and increase my cardio if I begin to gain fat, this works for me as protein does not synthesise as much as it did whilst on cycle. Cardio for me is 4 times per week and its a 6km run - sprint. We all different though so find your sweet spot.
I would add some winnies to my bridge if I was you... just a thought.

Im a little bit worried about the super test because I am acne prone but if I inject e3d my blood level should be stable enough? Should I increase the super test to 12 weeks aswell?
Yes I will be changing my diet to get about 40:40:20 macro rating or should I increase the protein?
I will be using letro @ 3 drops e5d and purbac for acne, purbac will be carried on well past pct.
If I am lean enough at the end of cycle I will drop clen and yoh and look into winnies, how's winnies on the joints?

Oky changes:
Week 1-12 super test 320 @ 0,7ml e3d
Week 1-4 tbol 20 @ 40mg ed
Week 5-16 hcg @ 250 iu twice a week
Week 11-15 winstrol @ 40mg ed
Week 11-15 clen @ 40mcg-80mcg

Pct:
Week 16-17 clomid 50 @ 50mg twice a day
Week 18-21 nolvadex 20 @ 20mg ed

Is the dosage good for the winnies or should I aim for 50mg ed?
I will only use the clen if I am not happy with bodyfat at end of cycle.
I will have letro on hand and use 3 drops every 5 days
If I can get any proviron I will use it from week 10 up to pct @ 40mg ed
Using essential at the moment and will continue till past pct and will look into milk thistle
At that dosage of winnies will it be necessary for joint supplement?
Any input welcome thanks guys.

Looks good. Winny at 40mg is enough for someone around 80Kg. Joint support is always a good idea on any AAS cycle but I don't find that it helps for joint pains from winny. The joint issues from winny differ from person to person. See how it goes.

Leg shot! Sorry just had to, I was thinking the other day in 2012 December I had a knee operation because of a bike collusion and for 3 months in 2013 my entire right leg was braced and wasn't allowed to bent or flex it at all , after brace came of my quads and hamies were so tiny and week I wasn't able to lift my straight leg a few centimetres off the bed after long physiotherapy for about 2 months I could start to bend it again and was walking with cruches for 3 weeks before I was allowed to put my entire weight on my leg again and in June 2013 my orthopaedic surgeon told me I could start exercises with no weights.
Wish I had a photo of my leg from after surgery then you'll realise why I am so happy lol!
