Hi Guys .

I'm on a beginners bulking course , During the first Three weeks of the course I saw weekly gains in weight , from week 3-6 I've maintained the same weight with no change . I'm just wondering if this is normal , I realize the gains could not have been all muscle , but a combination of water /Fat / Muscle . What the norma;l trend for weight gain on a bulking course , should I be doing something different ?

Thanks

Change up your diet a bit, just a small change can make a difference. Add some oil to a carb/protein meal or something

Go big or go home...

you gained quick in the beginning because of your orals, then probably lost weight from the orals and started slow gains from the test c. Test C only really starts to kick in properly at around week 6 so it should be balls to the wall from now on. Enjoy the ride.

I know we're not supposed to promote certain products , but do you think I could be using an inferior mass Builder , the product i'm using is affordable , the market offers some other stuff which I'm sure is good but that will break the bank ? I'm not sure if how much I eat is enough , I eat when I'm hungry , try 5-6 meals a day , Carb/protein/fat split on average = 40/35/25 . I don't want to pick up loads of fat only to battle to get rid of it , Am I making correct assumptions here ?

Mass builders are generally all filled with low quality carbs and fillers so if you are concerned about picking up some fat look at an alternative. I have never found a mass gainer where I can look close to as good as when I buld on just real food sources and my whey. This is my favourite homemade mass gainer 'meal replacement' shake: 100g rolled oats (blended fine first), 60g Whey, 30g almonds, 40g mixed berries, 100ml milk, 300ml water. BLEND! Thats ±3500kJ.
