Hey guys and gals

I can start off with long sobbing story of how i fell in depression and lost everything i worked so hard for, in a few weeks.
But screw that here we again, starting over and new..

Diet and training is back on track and now time to introduce the magic.

Cycle will consist of test p, tren a, tbol, winny and proviron. Dosages will be kept low to medium.
Goals are to get myself back. Get the aestetics look i always wanted and to keep it year round.

Thats the short of it.

I missed this post, WTF went wrong - just depression? Just a short time back and for most of your forum life you have been built and ripped. Intrigued bud...

I dont want to go in detail but lets say life gave me a very bitter pill to swallow and i just couldn't. I went and sat in a corner and stoppped living so to say.. But after a few weeks of therapy and support im back on track and focussing on the stuff i can control. Stopped feeling sorry for myself and dusted myself off... Thank you for the concern..

Thank you for all the kind words and support guys...

Just a quick update:

Stats:

Day 1
84.5kg
7.91 bf %
Fat mass 6.7kg
Lbm 77.9kg

Day 13
83.5kg
6.95 bf %
Fat mass 5.8kg
Lbm 77.7kg

Seems i have to up my calories more from next week. Really thought i would have gained weight with the tbol but maybe the proviron and letro is pulling the water out... I have been doing cardio twice a week and twice a week i train twice a day...

Thats me so far...

Getting very hard and leaner but also feeling and looking flat. Decided to have two clean carb ups a week now.

Tbol is over and now im looking at maybe raising my proviron dose.

Also have to say I expected more from the tbol, personally think it was bunk. Think most of the results were from the tren and diet.

Morning Again..

From personal experience, especially those who have used all most all compounds I have the following question.

What AAS do you find to make you look fuller and still keep hardness?

Reason I'm asking is i feel and look flat (at least to myself).

I was considering wet compounds but I don't want to over spill with water and lose definition. Not sure if I'm making sense. I want to keep water retention intra-muscular and not have it spill over sub q.

Thanks in advance

Npp sounds like a plan but to be honest im looking more in the direction of an oral. Something like anaps, sdrol or maybe even tbol again (if i go tbol again i will try another brand)

Read that a lot of guys use anaps precomp for fullness.

Also i have never used anaps or sdrol before.

I no DJ used Anaps pre comp this year with Great results..! Give it a go and let us no.

I'm not a huge fan of Tbol, I didn't really notice much from it using it as a kick start and I used LP so I no it was good. Having said that some people love the stuff.

Hmmmm, then maybe i will give anaps a go a bit later.

Fillet from your experience with anaps how quick did you see results like fullness and weight gain?
