Um my diet is actually shocking if I had tell you guys :silly:

I'd rate my daily intake of food is about 70-80% good everday. But i do eat stuff that normally will be frowned upon. ( But also i know my body and have experimented with a lot foods and diets) so with that in mind this is roughly it.

Wake up - coffee
meal 1 - 4 eggs with extra meat mostly red meat like mince or steak.
meal 2 - oats but recently i have been playing around with either Corn flakes with fat free milk or weet-bix with fat free milk. (note this is 1hr to 45 min pre workout that i eat this meal)
Post shake - whey protein serving plus half a serving from a mass gainer (currently nutritech for both)
Meal 3 - Chicken and rice
Meal 4 - Chicken and vegs ( carb up days i will add carbs here too like potatoes, rice, whole wheat bread)
Meal 5 - Chicken and vegs
Meal 6 - Various from red meat like mince, steak, patties (homemade), Fish (odd occasion) and nuts
Mid night snack - Some times cheese, pickled onions, granny smith apples, biltong or more nuts.

But this week i had a few days i missed two meals a day almost from constant nauseous feeling but that i suspect to be a side from the bromo from the upped dosage.

As for my measurements its a friend that does it. Plus she does the measurements at the exact same places and three times over. But I also know how to do it. Just some places i can't reach.

I would offer to do it but um yeah ..

I also do the cereal thing but with rice crispies and whey post workout. Do you add oil or some other form of fats to your chicken/veg meals?

My favourite pre and postworkout is whey and pronutro.

I don't add any oils or fats to those meals no, only meals with fat is meal 1, meal 6 and snacks.

After three days of eating really crap and two days of no training, I'm a bit bloated  .. My weight this morning on an empty stomach was 85kg's clean. Shows that i picked up 2.5kg's of water and potential fat. Will see if i can get body fat measured before the end of the day and see what's what.

Had a quick shoulder and ab session this morning for an hour and took some pics. You will be able to see in these pic's that I picked up some water especially sub around the waist. I starting eating clean again today and is back to normal so actually interested to see how quickly this water weight will drop of again.

Here is like a quick collage from this morning.

Hey guys

My cycle is coming to an end but also the next shows start April/May next year. That leaves roughly 3-4 months for prep. But if i come off now and pct then i will have to jump back on too soon again.

So its either pct for a month and start new cycle straight away or
Cruise for a month and clean the system and see how bloods look like and then feb start prep.

Then there is also choosing what compounds to use next that will have minimum affect till im a few weeks out when the body really takes strain from the abuse of dieting, training and aas use.

Choices...

I'd definitely go with Primo.. I would use some hCG and start straight away with 300mg a week.. run only the Primo and then go back into the cycle again.. PCT puts Allot of strain if you just going to do it and then go straight back into a cycle

For me personally who suffers just about ever side effect from steroids, I was able to run primobolan for long periods at a time and not experience ANY side effects, blood pressure normal, mood great, no estrogen side effeces as it doesn't aromatise, but I was hard and still building muscle, without test..

If you did go this route, I would do it until it was time to bang it again, then continue the primo, maybe jack it up another 100mg and you may be surprisingly happy just adding in 400/500mg test.

Thanks for the info so far, here is what I'm looking at

19 Jan i will be 18 weeks out.

Note week 20 and 19 will be a cruise of test and primo only.

Week 20-6 Low test upping it slightly as needed as the cycle progresses
Week 20-14 Low dose Primo
Week 18-16 High dose EQ
Week 18-9 low to moderate dose npp
Week 7-0 Tren ace low bumping up closer to the end
Week 3-1 Test prop Very low dose

That will be the injectable side of things but it all depends on how good this year will be for me but I'm keeping a positive mind.

The orals I'm still deciding on.

Will also be using all important ancillaries.

None of that is set in stone but its what I'm playing around with so far.

Quick Update:

Day 52: Stopped the cycle on Sunday already

83.5 kg
5.82 Bf%
4.86 kg Fat Mass
78.64 Lean Body Mass

Not completely happy with end results believe they could have been better. Cruising for the next month on a low dose test and just keeping diet very strict.

Here is a pic from this week. Not the best quality but does give an idea of hardness and leanness.

Are you going to cruise on 125mg test EW or 125mg test and 300 primo EW?
How do you run your blast and cruise and how long do you do it for?
Using HCG whilst cruising I presume?

Taken just now..

The idea is to just cruise on 200 mg test, primo wont be an option now... I will add hcg but not sure on protocol.. I have a bit of condlicting info when using hcg while cruising and blasting.. Or in my case a cruise with a long prep...
