I've managed to fracture both of my clavicles. Which is a problem as I can't train any upper body. I've lost 8kg so far and obviously picked up body fat.
I've tried the natural hippy route with supplements like collagen, bone revolution, upping my omega 3, vit c and zinc, msm etc.
I need to speed up recovery, obviously. I've been contemplating GH, but I'm concerned about GIT growth, and I'm 25, which according to some is to young.
Testosterone increases bone density, which is great. It weakens (supposedly) tendons in high amounts but that's not a concern as my bones are what need healing.
Then there's nandrolone, which has substantial literature providing evidence of increasing collagen synthesis, recovery, bone density etc.
Other compounds that come up are Equipose, primobolan and anavar.
But, 50% say it does more harm while the other 50% say it is beneficial. A few sites show data of primo and Equi increasing collagen synthesis and recovery, however I haven't seen any references to back it up.
Anavar has good evidence of healing, they even give it to burn victims so it surely can't be bad in terms of speeding up recovery.
Therefore test, deca and anavar seems a good stack.

However, I am worried about adverse effects of nandrolone, such as deca dick, effect on the heart, and shutting me down, making HPTA recovery a difficult task. Therefore npp seems a good idea so a shorter cycle can be done thus less suppressive or easier to recover natural test levels.

This is my thinking, I'd appreciate any other ideas or knowledge on the subject. Perhaps someone that's done a cycle purely for healing can share some insight.

I must add I can't get hold of tb-500 or bpc-157, so thats unfortunately not an option at present, otherwise I would have gone for tb-500.

Stats: 25
86kg
178cm
Bf% I'm to scared to check, it was 6,5 but it's much higher since the injury.
AAS history: 4 solid cycles

Thank you.

Thanks for the history lesson around contradicting steroid information.

Can you explain what you mean please?

I did talk to a orthopedic surgeon and he suggested GH and deca.

I personally don't know enough factual evidence .. I would prefer not to give a personal understanding, that is why I would rather get advice from professionals who deal with this.. I just had my second heart surgery a week ago, and I'd rather take the advice from those professionals than try to go on my own understanding or "bro" advice

Going purely on what a "professional" says can be one of the worst decisions person can make. We can find factual evidence on our own thanks to the internet. With the quality of "professionals" today I'd advice everyone to become their own doctor and use those other "services" to get things done that we ourselves cannot. Other than that I personally have no time for "professionals" until someone shows me a real one.

So I guess I could count on you doing my heart surgery and being able to give me a perfect heart rhythm ?

But by all means advise your professional opinion on what he should do to aid in his recovery and have it on your hands for any information that may cause problems for him in the future.

I did say

I'd advice everyone to become their own doctor and use those other "services" to get things done that we ourselves cannot.

And relax mate, my opinion isn't professional. What does that even mean? A person studied a subject for a few years thats outdated by 10-15 years and got a piece of paper to verify it? Health service is PRIMARILY a business NOT patient health. Hate to break it to you.

But I don't want to get into this lol

My advice to Juice box is "it's up to you". Since he already knows the benefits and negatives of AAS what does he need us for, his the one who has to make that decision. I'd personally go with tb and bpc before running a cycle but he cant get hold of them for some reason.

I agree with you there, that's why I'm asking for real world experience from people that have tried this route before, not just read about it out of a medical book. As i have done that already.

Well if your Orthopedic surgeon suggested GH ask him for a scrips and give it a go..! But take his advise over us and some prick from your gym on the miraculous healing benefits of gear because it's BS.

If it was me I'd heal up naturally, if your diet is on point you'll control most of the waisting and fat gain and then do a cycle once your healed. Gear should be used to build muscle not heal.!

Could anybody add anything to this? I'd like to know if anyone has had good results using AAS for healing injuries, more specifically fractures. And if so, what did you use and what was your protocol?

When it comes to medical conditions and issues like you experiencing, members do not like to add comments. We are not professional in the skeletal makeup. If spike was still on the forum he could comment on this.

AAS is not the best way to go about healing bone injuries although it is ONE way. I'm a little unsure why you are pushing for AAS when there are other just as good things to try. Are you familiar with pubmed? That is one place you can find loads of studies done on things such as GH, IGF-1, testosterone, deca, anavar, MK677, GHRP, vitamin D3, BPC-157, etc all related to their functions on bone for which you can conjure up a protocol. With one or a combination of compounds. Do your own research then come back and post up your ideas. We can suggest things (which we have already) but its up to you to do the leg work.

Or you can place all your trust in the "professional" and be done with it. I recommend you don't ;)

I'm ' pushing for AAS ' because I've tried many other routes to no avail. I'm loosing all my hard earned muscle, having serious withdrawals from training and I'm getting desperate.
I've done my own research, that's why I'm here asking if anyone has real life experience, as I've already mentioned.
I appreciate that the members would rather not give advice on a subject they don't have knowledge on, rather than give out bro science.
I will do more reading and let you know how it goes.

I hear you on that bud.

But studies done on people kind of is real life ;) It's as good as anything since results are scientifically measured whereas you prefer anecdotal evidence? That can be hit and miss and it's not measured in any meaningful way. But if that's what you want hit google and you'll come across guys on furums. I'm not the biggest fan of this.

And you've only tried OTC supplements, right?

I've got a degenerative disc and my nerve got trapped 3 weeks into a Equi/Mas/test cycle and like a knob I stayed on cycle(what a waist) I didn't grow much because I couldn't push myself in training plus I was in pain so my sleep was up to shit.

After carrying on in vain and pain for nearly 6 months I spoke to Doctari and I came off cycle . The very day the gear left my system the nerve came loose ..!

What I'm trying to say is all the Bro science will tell you that GH heals everything from aids to the common flu and it's all crap, adding gear to your issue will delay your healing with very little rewards because your body will be fighting the gear and trying to heal but there is only so much it's capable of at doing at once.

Man if you know how many surgeries I've been through.. 3 gynecomastia, 2 heart, angiography, and the list goes on.

I personally find letting the body recover on its own is best. Allot of the time the problem comes if you have low testosterone and that effects recover, it doesnt mean you have to use anabolic's, because you just going to put strain on so many parts of your body.. blood pressure, heart, kidneys, hpta and the list goes on again.

I broke my foot in a car accident about 3 weeks ago, with a lovely moon boot..

These things happen bud, I must just ride out the injury and wait for recovery..
