Hi Guys

Just a quick one, what should we use as a replacement for milk thistle now that its become a schedule two drug & cannot be bought over the counter at the local pharmacey ?

I'm currently using Liver Complex but I dunno if its gonna give me the same support as milk thistle.

Please let me know your thought.

Single ingredient wise you can't go wrong with NAC and ALA. They are the gold standard IMO. If you wanted add-ons I'd throw in SAMe and L-carnitine.
