equi, testen injection intervals and dosage

After I read the thread by nate on his equi cycle I'm wanting to know as the testen and equi both have long esters is it really necessary to split injections in two smaller dosages pinning twice a week? Will it not be sufficient to inject the entire weekly dose once a week? Also wanting to know as I ordered pgw equi350 and pgw testen300 if a weekly dose of 450mg testen and 525 equi (1.5ml) wil be enough to see some decent gains in 13weeks time(this period I can extend tho) main concern being 450mg test en being to low as I've never pinned less than 500mg per week test and all research show that the so called equi sweet spot is 600mg per week. I've been through about 8 cycles since the age of 22, I'm 28 now but last cycle was about 2years ago. Will appreciate all in put as I need to finalise my order later today at latest.

Pct start week 20 two days after last stanabolic and proviron dose

1.79m, 85kg don't know bodyfat% but am verry lean. Last cycle was deccaplex300 at 600mg per week and sustaplex 325 at 650 per week front loaded with anaps. After this cycle I've been off for about years still following strict diet and training program. Los a lot of wheight but am verry lean at 85kg and looking better than when I were on decca. In this 2 years I have only used 100anavar, 100dbols and twice I've used prohormones.

I just need to know if dosages aren't to low and if I can pin once a week. Thanx

Sure thing. The dosages to use depend on how you responded to the compounds previously. What side effects did you get while not on any orals? Did you get any skin problems?

Yes had a few pmimples on my back when I was running decc, not many but still those big puffy ones one or two at a time. They steal the show when you take your shirt off, this I def want to avoid. I stay close to beach an very seldom wear a shirt

The reason you want to pin Test-En twice a week is for skin problems. If you find that you don't get backne or oily skin then you can pin once a week without too much fluctuation in your blood plasma levels. There is a very good medical study available talking about exactly this question. The Equipoise definately doesnt need to be pinned more than once a week. The problem is that we don't know if the skin issues are caused by the Test or from Nandrolone.

Here's what I would do: Pin the Test-En and EQ once a week and monitor your skin closely. By week 6 you should have an answer.
