Matty's first cycle

Hi Gents,

Got my gear finally and am ready for my first cycle ever

Stats:

Age: 22
Height: 186 cm
Weight: 80.1 kg
around 13% bf

been lifting since I was 16 (serious lifting for about 5 years now) and have my diet down 100%

Ok so I'm following the begginer bulking cycle: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1

Cycle:
2x PGW Testocyp (250mg x 10ml)
2x LP Dianabol (10mg x 50)
1x Optional anti-estrogen (Arimidex or Letrozole)

PCT:
1x LP HCG 5000iu
1x LP Clomid (50mg x 15)
1x LP Nolvadex (20mg x 30)

except all my products are Evolve. Except the HCG, thats by Bionic.

I will start my cycle log as soon as I plan my first pin day.
Just a question about arimidex, I have heard conflicting arguments with regards 2 how to use it. So should I start using only when I start feeling itchy nips or from the get go at a low dose (0.25mg eod)? I don't want to use letro if I don't need it.

Use it when you start having estrogen side effects.
