hi guys,

Just need a bit of advice with my Anavar, taking 60mg a day, so just wondering is this right

07:00 - 1 cap 20mg
15:00 - 1 cap 20mg
22:00 - 1 cap 20mg

or should i take them closer together

so basically you will always only have 20mg of var in your system? half life around 9 hours and i drink 1 cap every 8
