To start off i'm also new to this. I've been reading your forum non stop for the last few days. My qeustion is if I look at your sample cycle for beginners
(Cycle:
2x PGW Testocyp (250mg x 10ml)
2x LP Dianabol (10mg x 50)
1x Optional anti-estrogen (Arimidex or Letrozole)
PCT:
1x LP HCG 5000iu
1x LP Clomid (50mg x 15)
1x LP Nolvadex (20mg x 30)
Can I follow it exactly as laid out? Should I make changes?
To give u some info
Age 27
Height 1.86
Weight 94kg
Body fat below 20 percent
Gym 5 times a week resting Sat and Sunday. I'm currently not dieting cause ive got another 2 weeks to go before my hands cast comes off. Fell with my offroad. My plan is to go back to the gym for atleast 4-6 weeks (depending on my hand) and then to start with the above mentioned cycle.
Any advice would be appreciated as ive mentioned ive never done this. been gyming the last 7 years on and off. The last year much more serious than previously untill my mishap with the CR.

I would only change the hcg to on cycle instead of PCT, you will find a lot on this in the search function and consider a bridge.
When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

I think that hand might slow you down longer than you hoped
If it does, just chillax and give it time to recover before you go tear it a new one cos you in a hurry.
It's not like your Olympics or world cup is in 3 months.
Use the time to get your eating sorted, not just a plan, but actually getting it right consistently.
You are still training around the hand, aren't you?
Your calves should be super awesome by now
And you should be super fit.
Re. your planned cycle - I assume you are looking to bulk?

@ Oupiel Lol, ja was doing basic legs and some cycling nothing hectic cause of the fear that the stinch will get unbearable(The cast) . I'll def give the hand proper time to recover and set like u said im not training for a comp or olympics. In the meantime I'll be reading daily to gather as much info as possible. As soon as im 100 percent with the hand I'll start asking about the cycles and soforth. My diet dont seem to be a problem of late im lucky cause my wife is training just as hard and some days I wish she wasnt as strict with the diet.. Lol
Thanks for the advice its deeply appreciated and well talk again soon. In the meantime i'll be reading and taking notes.

The only thing I would change apart from the aforementioned HCG change is making the "optional anti-estrogen" a "compulsory anti-estrogen". Rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. You don't want to be stuck with gyno if you're sensitive and you can always use it in bigger cycles in the future.

Yup wasnt even considering going on the cycle without the anti estrogen in my posession. It seems some guys say only use it when needed as where others say use it from the get go. Some info on this would be appreciated.

I would simply keep it at hand for your first cycle. You may not be estrogen sensitive and you will never know unless you go without an AI for a little while. This is why first cycles tend to be lower dosed so that sides can be monitored. I suggest Arimidex because it is faster to kick in than Letrozole and it is not as harsh. Unfortunately, since everyone is different, it is a game of trial and error but the goal is to not let the 'error' be too big

Cool, makes sense. Will make sure i've got everything at hand before considering going forward. I've used some over the counter testo products in the past (I realise its not nearly as potent as test cyp) but could it be possible to get some sides on those type of stuff?

In short - no I do not think you can get side effects from over the counter testo boosters.
Although I have never taken them, I can tell you that they are generally just a bunch of herbs that are thrown into a pill and you are told that they work. Tribulus, maca, horny goat weed etc are a bunch of rubbish sold to the masses for profit (unfortunately) and they only work through placebo.
A study (I will try to find the link) proved that DHEA worked in elderly men and for menopausal women but I don't think you fall under that category

OTC test boosters are useless on cycle bro... You can get some benefits from D-Aspartic Acid (one of the few that are proven to have an affect), but do it post PCT IMO (or even in PCT). It needs to be cycled though.

@ Nate, I'll definately be responsible I dont want to end up like your average Dick and Harry. Health is my most important issue so I uderstand that what I want to do is dangerous but if done correctly and tracked properly you can minimize negative sides.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
