Ventrogluteal injections was created by Zly65
Howsit people, I just wanted to find out what anyone thinks about ventrogluteal shots. Most people seems to be unaware of this site even though its not bad at all, especially if you have to do your own shots. Has anyone here used this site & had success with it?

use the search function with 'ventrogluteal' and extend the search option for more than a year.

Seen it, read all about it, too chicken to try it.
maybe if a pro showed me how.
that's how I leaned to do Glutes.

I figure why bother, even using prop, I managed to move the shot around enough on just gutes.

I've used ventrogluteal injections many times, it can hold quite a bit of oil and even with PIP it isn't too uncomfortable. It's also very easy to do by yourself and you don't start to cramp up from reaching around your body. I had a shot given to me by a doctor and it happened to be in the ventrogluteal site - as soon as I got in my car I drew a little circle around where the injection was and it has worked well ever since haha

Done 2 shots so far, 1 each side & have found what you're saying to be true. Kinda weird at first but actually seems preferable to the dorsogluteal shot. I believe absorbtion is quicker aswell. And a.definite benefit is that sitting down isn't a problem.

I find my site by sitting down now but I don't like to put the muscle under too much tension/pressure when injecting so I do it standing. May try to do it sitting down again as per your experiences
