A'dex dosage for itchy nips?

What is the required dosage of arimidex if one had to start experiencing itchy nipples on cycle? I did search but couldn't find an actual number. My nipples aren't itchy but I was just interested as a precaution if I did need to use it. I'm currently on 500mg of test C a week, 50mg proviron per day. This is week 8. I have the A'dex on hand if needed.

5 drops (0.2mg) ED is a good place to start if they are just a bit itchy. If it's more serious, like painful and puffy, add nolva at 20mg/day for a week and up the dose to 0.5mg/day. You can adjust the dose after a week depending on the effects.

Thanks MA! What is the max dosage one should go up to, and how long does should it take for the itchiness to subside? Also do you increase the dose after X days of no change?

I've got 1mg tabs, so would need to cut them into quarters, lowest dose then being ~0.25mg.

The max and minimum effective doseage differs from person to person. Most people never need more than 0.5mg/day. Some need to move onto letro because adex isn't strong enough. Don't take more than you need to because high doses effect your gains. I recommend taking a low dose throughout your cycle anyway to keep estrogen from getting too high as it promotes fat storage and water retention. You do NOT want high estrogen when going into PCT. It will mess with recovery. See how you do on 5 drops a day.
