The liquid and oral are easier. Fff is good shit but if that's you in the profile pic you look just fine pending your goals

I've already ordered the injectable. That is me but just not where I want to be and Imy over trying natural now.would you know how many mls and how often by any chance ?

You are thinking of Keifei? Crappy brand. You can drink the injectable just draw with a needle in a syringe, remove the needle and squirt into your mouth.

It's 40mcg per ml. I'm just wondering if it's normal to get big red slightly raised patches where you inject or if I'm doing it wrong

Yes that is normal. Why dont jou just drink it? same results.

& dont use more than 2ml (80mcg)
