Beginner cycle - Gyno before PCT

Hi Guys,

Need some help, I completed the beginner cycle and waiting to start PCT but I notice I am starting to get gyno....

Had it almost during cycle but was able to control it before it got worst but now I can feel a coin shape...

Any suggestions or did I screw up somewhere?

It's because your test levels drop a lot just before PCT but estrogen levels stay elevated. Estrogen takes longer to come down. The imbalance in the T:E ratio causes gyno. This is a very common time to get gyno while on cycle. You should get on an AI or if you don't have one available then use some nolvadex.

Thank you Muscleaddict, I finished my AI during my cycle and did not order anymore I do have Nolvadex how much should I use?

I recon start the Nolva right away (20mg ED) the Nolva should attack the symptoms directly, but is not going to fix the root. Once that tissue settles it's not going away without surgery.

MA might be able to advise on whether to use a different dosage and what AI to use when, Aromasin is great imo.

I had a lump under my right nipple since my last cycle (a couple of years ago)
using 3 drops Letro EoD and its gone.

Get an AI ASAP.

How long did you have the lump for Oupiel? That's great news.
How long did you use the Letro for?

The lump was there for at least 2 years.
It flared up after 2 weeks of 500mg test cyp per week.

Started Letro week 3,
Nipple settled down by week 4

Week 10, no lump!!!
