Beginner Tren Ace cycle was created by smalldude

Hi. I'm male 1.86m, 92kg, 8%bf.
I'm trying to pull together a bigginer Tren Ace cycle. How does the following look?

This will be my 4th cycle.

Are you a beginner to steroids or a beginner to Tren?

The cycle looks good for someone using tren for the first time but is a bit much for a beginner steroid user. The PCT also needs a lot of work - you'd want to look at PCT 2 from the downloads section.

I was just worried that you were jumping straight into a tren cycle so I'm glad you have experience with gear.

That cycle with PCT 2 and you are good to go. Even PCT 3, but it isn't entirely necessary in my opinion but others may have a different point of view.

I would not use dbol and tren ace together like that. You will benefit more by starting the tren ace in the last week of your dbol and then running it a few weeks longer than the test - if you can cope with it for 10 weeks. It kicks in very fast.

Your PCT will be ineffective if you only wait 2 weeks after your last test shot. You need to wait about a a month after your last cyp shot. Read the PCT article in the articles section and the sticky in the PCT forum section.

Tren ace for 10 weeks sounds a tad bit long I wouldn't run it more than 8 weeks but goodluck bro everything looks ok besides the pct

So here are the changes:

Extended the cycle by 2 weeks. Separated and shortened the Tren Ace and Dbol components. Then also shortened the Caber to coincide with the Tren. Finally dropped the Arimidex and substituted Nolva for the whole cycle, doubling the dose at the begining of PCT. Here I'm considering the PCT info available on steriod.com.

Why would u substitute armi for Nolva ? To my knowledge Nolva with Tren is bad The both together will increase progestin and prolactin sides...also that pct proctol still isn't great bud..also cabser needs to be taken atleast a week longer like still continue it after ur last tren A jab for atleast a week

I would say that d bol dose is a bit on the low side.

Thanks.

Will push the Dbol to 30mg/ED.

Going to stick with Nolva. The Tren / Nolva debate doesn't seem to have much science / research behind it and the arguements for or against it seem to be split down the middle.

Start your HCG week 5

Why is week 15 & 16 @ 40mg Nolva?

Your pinning schedule is going to become a pain in the ass with Cyp twice a week and filling in tren with EOD shots. Some days you will have back to back pinning. But that can be sorted out.

Do you mean move the listed hCG to week 5, or add another hCG to week 5 in addition to the one on week 14?

Upon re-reading, I see I must take the very last week of Nolva down to 10mg/ED.

Yip, probably look like a sieve by the end of it.

Like I already said earlier in your thread, your PCT will be a waste of time because you are only waiting 2 weeks after your last testosterone injection.

You have done very little research on this.

From the article linked above:

"If your cycle ends with even one large ester anabolic steroid, if you’re only using a SERM you will begin SERM therapy approximately 14-18 days after your last injection. If you’re going to use hCG, you will begin hCG therapy 10 days after your last injection, complete it for 10 days and then begin SERM therapy."

In my research I've seen multiple other sources suggest the above protocol (one with an even shorter wait time).
