First Cycle Help - No Test

Good day,

I have been hitting the gym for about a year now and dropped from 109kgs down to 96kg's and picked up to 98kg's over november/december. I am about 1.87 and 18% BF.

I have used a winstrol cycle before but did not know exactly what I was doing and did not get the best results.

My goal is to add a bit of lean mass and shred fat. I don't have the desire "yet" to use test and get insane gains but I am aiming for a lean build with full muscle. If that makes sense.

The idea I have in mind is the following

Superdrol - week 1-4 Dossage?? 50mg ED?
Winstrol or Anavar?? - Week 5-9 40mg ED for winstrol, not sure about Anavar dossage

Since I am not using test as a basis would proviron be needed? I read on one of the forum posts that when you are not using test you need to use proviron as a base? Just need some clarity on that, and if yes, should I run it from week 1-9 or just week 1-4?

Would PCT 1 a good PCT option?

What would you guys recommend Winstrol vs Anavar?
Also brand names for the products.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey esgaroth im not sure if my info will be any help but the way i see it is that when you went on winstrol the reason why you didnt see results was because you need a pretty low bodyfat to see results from winstrol or even anavar for that matter i would say less the 14 percent atleast. you say you not ready for test test is actually much safer then superdrol. superdrol is a great drug in conjunction with test but im not sure if it is the gains you are looking for personally i would get my body fat lower then start a cycle and use test. please note if you do land up using superdrol 50mg is way way to high 30mg ed is the highest 1 should go

I have a solid diet but I just cant seem to shake the extra few % BF that I want but I will be adding more Cardio to my program.

Why not rather run the Anavar and Proviron Cycle in the sample cycle section. That would be the only oral only no test cycle I would recommend.

It's been said here over and over - if you're afraid to inject, stay away from gear. Switching orals won't do shit to prevent the damage to your liver, and most of your gains are temporary.

If you insist on going ahead, go for halo rather than the baby orals.
