Look, I still have at least 8 months until I can do my next cycle. So plenty of time to think about it and decide what I want to run.

However so far I am liking the idea of NPP & Test Prop for my next cycle. Something like Test prop for 12 weeks (5 bottles) and NPP for 10 weeks (4 bottles). Will do a lot more research and planning closer to the time.

I dislike the long wait for long esters to kick in (such as the cyp I used) and then the long bridge period (it is an awkward part of a cycle).

I have given myself a week or so to think it over a bit more.
At the moment Equi with test Enanthate is winning in my head, but I am open to suggestions still.

When you say possibly add the equi to a 19 nor what do you mean my bro?

19 Nor would be:
Anadur
Deca-Durabolin
Dynabolan
Dynabol
Durabolon
Parabolan
Tren-a
Tren-e

But you would probably be looking at Either Tren A/E or Deca

I would recommend using Deca. Change things up a bit, experiment with Deca properly this time and you may end up finding your favorite compound. If you want similar gains to last cycle then use Equi but I think someone should constantly change compounds and experiment with new knowledge on them...

Or use both. 300-400mg test, 700mg Equi, 400-500mg Deca. A big cycle but a good cycle.

That might be a little big for a lightweight like me. 700 equi per week? wow.

Two years on the site and its just its the first time I have heard about combining deca with equi and test.
MA? Oupa? Pyro? Your advice?

It will definitely do the job but it is unnecessary and overkill in my opinion. You are not 120kg or in competitive bodybuilder shape needing something hectic to get to the next level.

Fillet is 50% bigger than you and probably needs 50% more drugs than you do for the same effect.

Cycle 1:
Week 1-4 test Prop 100mg ed
Week 1-4 anaps 100mg ed

Cycle 2:
Week 1-6 Test prop 100mg eod
Week 1-6 Npp 100-150mg eod
Week 1-7 or 8 Tbol 60mg ed

Heya Fakey, long time.

Cycle 1, I don't get it 4 weeks prop and anaps, anaps will shoot him up like a blow fish and then he will lose it all. Nate is a pct man, not blast and cruise. Guessing you bc.

Cycle 2, I would run test 10 weeks and npp 8 weeks.

Cycle 1 will leave him depressed with his loss of 'muscle' gain.

Your thoughts bro?

After a lot of thought I am considering the following as Cycle 3:

[A] CYCLE – 20 weeks

(1) 300mg of Test Enanthate twice a week
(2) 300mg of Equipose twice a week
(3) Anapolin oral kickstart for first 6 weeks
(4) 2x 25mg Proviron Tabs everyday (one in morning and one in afternoon)
(5) 250UI’s of HCG twice a week
(6) Letro (arimidex) on standby. Never used it.

BRIDGE – 54 days

(1) 1x 200mg Pin of Test Prop every two days until Day 40 of Bridge period
(2) 60mg anavar for last six weeks
(3) Continue with 2x 25mg Proviron everyday
(4) Continue with HCG at 250iu twice a week
(5) Then two weeks without anything before PCT

[C] PCT – 60 days

(1) Day 1 to 60: 20mg Aromasin EOD
(2) Day 16 to 30: 50mg Clomid daily
(3) Day 30 to 60: 20mg Nolvadex daily

TOTAL CYCLE DURATION : 254 days

Then after another years work at the gym, I will consider going back to Deca.

6 weeks on naps sounds like a bit of a push.

Test/EQ I think is a good third cycle. Run the Test-En 24 days longer than the EQ. Run the Anavar for 8 weeks. What dosage of Anaps are you going to run?

Im sure with your diet on point this time round the results are going to be better on the equi Nate.
