Cycle going OK. My last exam is Monday. After that I will post regular updates again.

This week I was able to bench 100kg :) Previous max was 90kg.

Weighed myself with same clothes, same time of day and on same scale as first weigh in. came in at 86kg.

Got more or less 2 weeks on cycle left. Need to make it count

Hey dude,

Didn't go too bad. My max weight was 86kg but I did pick up some fat as well. I hurt my wrist that is already fucked at ice hockey 2 weeks before the end of my cycle, so for those last 2 weeks i couldn't gym as hard and heavy as i would have liked to.

In my PCT now (Nolva atm) and my nips are a little sensitive. It is starting to get better though. I can get leterozole within a day if I feel like I need it. If it's not 100% by the weekend then I will pick it up from my friend.

I would say throughout the cycle I picked up about 1.5kg - 2kg lean muscle mass that and I didn't lose much strength after completing the cycle (Apart from my wrist limiting me). I will do another body assessment like the one I had before after my PCT is complete.

All in all I am happy with the results. Considering my wrist injury, work stress and exams (my diet wasn't perfect the whole cycle) I think 2kg is great. I have been struggling to break past 82kgs for close to a year and a half now, and this finally did it. Now I just need to continue eating and training hard :pinch:
