First Crossfit / Triathlon cycle was created by BenSmith
33 year old, 86kg, 1,85m, training Crossfit & triathlon 5-6 days/week (strength & endurance). Looking for first cycle to be paired with a strength based lifting program and metcons/running/biking/swimming. My goals are to increase strength and not add too much weight. Trying to get as much recovery as possible, keep endurance, while increasing strength to lift big amounts of weight - I'm fairly weak (Squat 125kg, Deadlift 140kg, Bench 115kg), need to increase these stats.
I've done a lot of research and EQ generally seems the best fit for my goals - increased strength, without too much gains, higher RBC
The best cycle I have found so far is 'Oupa's Crossfit' - Test great basis for first time, EQ aligned with the above. As it is my first cycle should I decrease the dose or stick to it as is?

You can increase the EQ dose but keep the test dose as is
