I thought that it was more about what previous cycles you have done to make you elite in this case with anabolic steroids.
I wouldnt say i am the best crossfitter but i have been to super regionals at copenhagen teams and i finished in the top 10 in SA and top 25 in Africa in this years open.
My goal with this cycle is not really to improve my crossfit but i want to get my strenght up,pick up a couple of kg and the to try and get down to about 8-7% bodyfat.
So it will be more cosmetic that athletic purposes.
