This should help:
1. Get your 5000iu vial of hCG.
2. Add 2ml of bacteriostatic water in the same vial the hCG came in.
3. Withdraw to measure out to the #10 on your slin pin (insulin pin) This will measure out to 250iu of hCG.
1. Withdraw 2ml air into the syringe ( NO WATER )
2. Remove the cap of the HCG
3. Hold onto the plunger and let the vacuumed HCG vial suck in the 2ml air
4. After its balanced out, remove the syringe and withdraw 2ml water into the syringe
5. Now Slowly drip the water inside the hcg vial and let the water mix with the powder.
6. DO NOT SHAKE, store in the fridge. It should be ready in a few hours.
INJECT THE WATER SLOWLY AND AVOID FOAM OR BUBBLES
@pocketmuscle I cocked it properly!
So I followed your instructions - I filled the slin pin to #10 and then added it to the HCG vial. The water was so little that I had to tilt the vial slightly to the side to see the water, if it stood upright, you could barely see the water level. I highly doubt that this is the actual amount that one should have, hence me firmly believeing that I did something wrong. The thing is, the needle is so short and at just below the rubber of the top of the HCG is a thicker base so it's hard to get the needle through that part as well.
So I added more water again, up to #10 and added more into the vial. I don't know if this rubber base is hollow and that some of the water gets trapped in that cavity?
This might be something really stupid that I am doing wrong so please excuse my ignorance, I have never done this before.

I watched some YouTube videos and carefully studied the vial.
It seems that the slin pins that I had purchased where slightly different to the ones explained. The ones I bought also has #10 on but when I look right at the very last marking, it said 0.5ml so all I did was fill the syringe all the way to 0.5ml and did this 4 times, I did however subtract the initial amount of water from my first attempt on the 4th syringe. So that gave me (give or take) 2ml.
Also, I carefully studied the vail too. So I noticed that there was a slot in this rubber and I had to carefully aim to get the needle in that cavity.
My only concern is that if it would have made any difference if the balance of the water was only added 10hours later.

You didn't follow his instructions correctly at all, you had to reconstitute the HCG with 2ml of water, you only did 0.1ml
Insulin syringes are standardised for U-100 insulin so 10iu on an insulin syringe is equivalent to 0.1ml in volume. Do not confuse the iu markings on an insulin syringe with the actual iu of HCG, they are not the same.
1: Inject 2ml of water into the HCG 5000iu vial.
2: This gives you a concentration of 2500iu HCG per ml.
3: If you want to inject 250iu HCG you will draw 0.1ml and inject that.
