Howzit guys

Not sure if there is even such a thing as a fat burning cycle.

I had a mate that passed that used to help me with all my stuff and advice and tell me what to do and what not he was big into the body building scene and what not.

I unfortunately have no other knowledgeable guys to ask or should I say don't really know guys.

Just before he passed I got nomad T3 tablets from him ciccone clenbuterol injectable and yohimbine injectabl and nomad ketofin tablets

I'm 106kg solid build no issue with size been training now for the last 4 weeks again and dropped 8kgs just my chubby short midsection is a bit of a problem I want to use it to lose weight and get lean I just can't remember how to take it besides that I must inject it into my stomach

Can someone advise or help with how to and what to do or if it's even the right thing to use any advice will help want a boost to get me going I'm losing motivation my aim is to get back down to 90kgs lean was there three years ago and my abs just started showing and Life happened and I hit the rails now I'm ready and want to get myself back and been training and eating pretty clean for 4 weeks next week will be week 5 and would like to start the above also if it's all good is there something else I should add to it.

Have you read the "Diet and Contest" section?
Have you searched for answers pertaining to your questions?
You've trained for the last 4 weeks... Seriously???? Wow! Mr Olympia for you this year then...?
You haven't posted your diet?
Have you calcualted your calorie requirements?
Body Fat %?
Or your training? What you're doing and how you're doing it?

Basically you haven't done any homework, but you're expecting guys to give up their time to "advise" you so that YOU don't have to "waste" (I would hardly call learning a waste)

You got a truckload of stuff from a guy who shuffled off this mortal coil. Have you read up how and what they do and how they affect your body?

You give no history...

Then you get snarky and throw your toys out the cot (an attempt maybe to get the gurus on here to "oh shit, ko kid is leaving. Nooo, better get typing real quick"

News for you bud... with that attitude.. stay the fuck away from gear, because you're going to alienate the little friends you have.

If you're still reading this, sorry I'm coming across like this, but this is EXACTLY what everyone is thinking (Especially the guys currently on Tren  )

If YOU put the the work in and show effort from your side I GUARANTEE you'll get more help and advice you can poke a stick at.

So the choice is yours. You have everything to gain, guys like Furk, Fillet, Oupa, Pyro, 00Pump, Admin etc have nothing to lose.

If you still feel hard done by, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Dude I was just asking for some help as I. Completely lost and the four weeks I refer to was me starting out again getting back into it and didn't throw toys out the cot I'm simply begging for answers and knowledge and to learn.

I apologise for asking and don't want anyone offended and tissue certainly wasn't the reply or help I was seeking but 100% all good and I understand no problems.

Thanks again
I did not have any bad intentions.

To start off with.

There is no singular "fat burning cycle"

It all starts with diet. In the diet stickies by DJ there are two formulas you can use to calculate your daily calorie requirement. To lose weight you have to burn more than what you take in. But this is a fine balance, restrict diet too much and you go catabolic.
Then there are options like Keto, Intermittent Fasting (IF) and a whole host of other things guys have found that work.

THen you look at your training. Cardio/weights, intensity, etc etc.

And to answer your question simply - You have to find what works for you. We are all different.

Read up. Learn why some guys do what they do. Everything has a solid reason behind it. Try it.

Put a plan together and then the guys will offer advice. Because then you are asking INFORMED questions.

"I want to lose weight, help me" isn't and informed question. It is an ignorant question.
THe answer to that is, "Eat a lettuce leaf a day and run to work." You will lose weight. But it is an ignorant answer.

An informed question would be:
WEight: 105kg, BF% 20%, Diet maintenance is ~3000 calories per day, I'm eating 2600. Exercise is ~ 400 calories burnt. 1kg of fat is 9600kCal. So I'll burn (in theory) 1kg of fat every 12 days (not actually as simple as that but you get the jist)
I do weights for x minutes y times a week. THis is my regimen:... I do this cardio at this intensity for this long.

I find my self completely gassed and struggle to train.

THere the guys will jumpo in say "Your intensity is too high" Your calories are too little, are you eating this 30 minutes after training. etc etc

Capiche?

Go forth and read young Padawan. You have a lot of work ahead of you but you will be amazed at what you learn and what your experience will teach others eventually.

And I've skirted your fatburners on purpose. THose things are dangerous and can kill you if you don't do it properly.
T3 can fuck your thyroid up and leave having to take Eltroxin chronically.

Those things are for guys cutting to 4-6% for a comp. The rest of us can get where we need to be simply by diet.
