I am 33 yes old and a bit overweight, I have lost about 5kg since the middle of the January with my diet, training and cardio. I would like to know is there something I can use to help with the extra belly fat? I was thinking of using clen for a short while but not sure if I should go for it?
Belly fat bloody stubborn

You don't need Clen necessarily though. I'm sure a lot will agree. You've made good progress so far. What's your stats?

My sister is not the fittest at 40 years old. i have managed to persuade her to change their eating habits and my brother is giving her training sessions as well. she is however quite overweight.
she has lost a few kg but is not really motivated as it's dropping slowly... this is slowly driving her back to bad eating habits.
i was thinking maybe i can give her some FFF? what you guys think?

A safe option, previously a member called BigBoy who was also really heavy had great success with it and even got family members on it.Hoosain wrote: since he is on the topic oupa, what would you suggest for unfit people?

In terms of cardiovascular fitness, Couch-2-5k is a great program with progression worked in. I would advise resistance training on top of that if at all possible.

i will definitely look into once she gets a bit more of a routine with the training and eating. pointless giving it to her and she doesn't eat or train properly

Oupa gave great and true words above. Furk and the others on the site know my story cutting for a while now started at 147kg last year Feb I sat at 91kg and 15% Body Fat.
Know comes in what Oupa said. Instead of keeping my weight los slow as to ensure I am loosing body fat. I got demotivated by the pouch of loose skin on my lower stomach and love handles. I tried speeding things up but that I thankfully realised was making it look worse. Even though I am now up at 107kg my waist is the same size as when I was 91kg but my love handles are smaller.
It is on you. It always has been...

That would work. 10g is a light dose, I found 20mg /day to be a good balance of cost vs. effectiveness.Tiger23 wrote: Thanks for the info chaps.

and as Furk said " I found 20mg /day to be a good balance of cost vs. effectiveness "
i can agree with that, 10mg i didn't feel much of an improvement but 20mg a day really makes a difference.

i'm currently into my 6th week of 20mg of GW a day split morning and before afternoon training.
absolutely no noticeable negative sides, only good things to speak about .

i'm down about 3kgs though but i wasn't really trying to lose weight, this often happens though when i'm preparing for a big race ( i do a lot of road and cycling and mountain biking )
i'm using GW specifically for the endurance properties and as mentioned it is definitively worth while
will post some pics and change in BF though after the Argus as i will also be done with the GW then

that's how I've been running it yes.
makes sense to me to keep a stable blood level like the guys do when running other gear.

but GW is for endurance, so personally if i was sick and couldn't train for a few days i would stop and then pick it up again once back in the gym.
