The GP Cycle (Opinion, Advice, Log and Help)

Hi gurus, experts and fellow fitness addicts.

Just need a stamp of approval on my cycle, and make sure everything is in-check.

Stats:
Age: 37
Weight: 87
Height: 1.73
Training 10 years ++
Diet in check ..maintaining cals at present, but will bump it up to 500+ when starting the cycle.

History
Was on a 4 week cycle for what i remember when I was 24, don't know what it was because I was to stupid and uneducated at that time, might have been DECA who knows lol, did not even know what PCT was and did not even do PCT back then ...but got excellent results. peaking at 95kg, shredded AF
I recently did a RAD-140 only cycle, 5 weeks trail, where I gained 5kg ..with great success, but was not what I was looking for.... I ran a full PCT1 after that.
That was my starter and is now planning and is ready for my main course, and need advice.

Cycle
Week 1-4 - Tbol @ 40mg (ED) (Kicker)
Week 1-10 -Test Cyp @ 250mg X 2 weekly
Week 10-15 - Anavar @ 60mg

PCT
Week 16 Clomid 2 x 50
Week 17-21 Nolvadex 20mg
Week 17-19 HCL 500iu

Instead of Aromasin I have Letrozole on hand, will it do ? ..and I see some people use it within cycle, must I do the same. i will get Aromasin rather if so advised.

I would extend the cyp by at least 2 weeks, and move your hcg in from week 4 till pct instead of after your pct...see how you go with the estrogen sides regarding what and how you use to control it.

I like it, good solid cycle. Maybe just use hcg during cycle like Lobo mentioned.

My Test Cyp is already set to10 weeks, based on n beginner sample cycle in die samples section ..are you saying add to more to that ..12 weeks? And may I ask why ? ..thx

Letro works well, but it has its disadvantages same as Aromasin. If you have the cash, get some LP aromasin and use 1 x capsule E2D. You wont have estrogen shit.

Age 37, run your TEST cycle 16 weeks. If your going to use aromasin, you can use hcg throughout. First 6 weeks tbol and last 6 weeks anavar @ 80mg, calculate a 4 to 5 week recovery for your organs...liver and shit before you start your anavar

If your keen to follow my instructions, post your cycle after this and lets go from there

Lol ..I was so confident in my cycle above that I actually already ordered and received my stack. Guess I'm gonna have to adjust my stack.

any specific reason why you advise the extension for his age?

@oupa ....so if I use LP Aromasin E2D instead, when do I start with it, do I take it for the whole cycle, meaning i must stockup for the whole cycle ?

...After reviewing my budget, I'm able to get some more TEST for 16 weeks , and stock some more HCG to hold throughout the cycle ..but that is about it for this cycle. I will definitely try a scaled up cycle on my next run, depending how this one will go.

So I guess the next question is ...how can we adjust the cycle with what i have got ?

Also ...if we consider the option of using LP Letro 2 drops ED ...is that not recomended at all becouse of the estrogen rebound i have read about oups ...I dont mind getting LP Aromasin, just want to point it out as an option with the stock that I have. Thx in advance

It's a long ester test to get the most out of it the cycle and been shut down it's best to run it for the period prescribed. Follow this cycle.

W/k 1 - 14 test cyp 500mg
W/k 1 - 6 t bol 60mg/day split dose
W/o 12 - 18 avavar 80mg/day split dose

2 days after last anavar start pct, hcg from week 5 @ 500ius/wk till last anavar tab.
Use whatever Ai you have on hand if you get estrogen sides lots of info on dosages on the site don't have to specially buy aromasin rebound shouldn't be an issue with the compounds you running. Make sure your diet and training are in check or you wasting your time. Learn your body for better future cycling...

Thought I would give an update


After debating and having endless team talks with myself, and taking oupa and lobo's advice this is what I'm running with.

1-16 Test C 500 weekly.
1-6 Tbol 40mg
4-21 HCG 500 weekly
16-21 Anavar 80mg

Aromasin and Letro ...is standing by

22 clomid 100 ED
23-27 Nolvadex ED

I started on Sunday 1ste pin. Left Quad (My first ever own injection, ..my quad feels like someone has tackled me in my rugby days ... soos hulle se in afrikaans ..n "lamie")
This is basically my first own cycle, and educated cycle....like I mentioned before, I did a cycle when I was about 24 years old ...where I went to a pharmacy, got my injection and left, I did not ask questions neither did I know what it was at that time ...yes, I was stupid ...
I went there for 4 weeks, and got amazing results ...did no PCT whatsoever ....did not knew it excited.

Anyway ...after I couple of years, I got married (my only side effect), had 3 kids, became FAT (120kg) ...got divorced, lost a shit load of weight ...Im now 87kg ..10% bf ...... the kids are living with me.
Basically what I want to say is, Fitness and lifting saved my live ....and helped me thought the years, I owe so much to it, that I want to give back, were I can.
So I'm sharing my long winded story because, this is my way of giving back, so I hope someone read this someday with the hope that there is always hope and to never give up.

...I reach I point were I have reached my maxed natty generic profile, and that's why I'm doing this cycle now ....to push the boundaries , and experience life to the fullest, a to look and feel that way I did in the 24 years old cycle

I have to say I feel great, might be to soon and maybe it is ..but I can feel change already in strength and looks ....and confidence.

I'm looking so much forward to see whats to come, and sharing it with you.

Calculate your cycle that you DONT use aromasin longer than 12 weerks in one run. E2D usage gives you a total of 45 x caps @20mg.

So can i start with aromasin at week 4-16 (12 weeks) ..along with HCD weekly ..just before anavar starts, and contunue HCD 500 weekly ..just before PCT ? ..is that fine ?
