New Cycle

Hi Guys this is my first post. Ive been reading various forums for ages but this is my first post / question.

Im 40. 187cm, currently 87kg down from 103kg. Got diagnosed with low T about a year ago and started on TRT and an exercise regime which has helped significantly with the weight loss. Initially cardio and bodyweight stuff and more recently weight and functional training. Never been much of a gym goer until the last 6 months. Now gym 5 days a week and cardio minimum 3 times a week and loving it. Smoked 20 a day since 18 years but gave up smoking a year ago now as well. Im the fittest and strongest I've ever been but have literally stopped progressing recently. I started looking into options to boost performance and hey presto here I am.

The TRT I was getting was a generic version of Nebido from the Dr but although it was great to start with it started wearing off very quickly and afterwards and seemed faster each time. I once tested roughly 4 weeks after administration to see what was going on.

I took the results to the Doc and he gave me another shot and said I must re test in 4 weeks.

I sent the results to the Doc and he suggested I start taking the official Nebido and off I went with a script to Dischem. I thought I would get a FTI test done before getting the Nebido jab.

Anyway thats the background. I haven't taken the Nebido yet since I wanted to run an Anavar / Test cycle. This is what I have..

Axio Anavar 10mg
Nebido 1000mg/ml x 4ml
HD NebidoJect 205mg/ml x 10ml

I was intending to run the Anavar over the top of my Nebido and top up with the other Test Undercanoate (HD NebidoJect) as I want to have an elevated Test level above normal range during the Var cycle.
I haven't got any PCT planned since I intend to get another Nebido jab when this is all over.

My plans are:

Week 0: Nebido (1000mg / 4ml)
Week 1: Var 20 mg (Split)
Week 2: Var 20 mg (Split)
Week 3: Var 30 mg (Split) & HD NebidoJect (750mg / 3ml)
Week 4: Var 30 mg (Split)
Week 5: Var 30 mg (Split)
Week 6: Var 30 mg (Split) & HD Nebidoject (750mg / 3ml)
Week 7: Var 30 mg (Split)
Week 8: Var 30 mg (Split)
Week 9: Nebidoject (750mg / 3ml)
Week 10:
Week 11:
Week 12: Nebido (1000mg / 4ml)

An alternative to week 12 would be to look at some sort of PCT and not take Nebido then do another blood test and see where things are at after the PCT.

For me there are 2 main things - I want as little chance of sides as possible, I would like to make some gains but Im not looking to be much bigger than say 92-93 kg.

Also I want to know if anybody thinks its worth running a small dose of an AI in the background throughout the cycle just in case I push the T level up too high?

Any advice / comments most gratefully received.

I am also on TRT but mine is self subscribed the easiest and cheapest is to rather go for testosterone cyponate or similar once or twice a week I do once a week because I hate needles at 150 to 200 mg per week and you should then be on or just above max levels.

Welcome Mr smartypants, I'm not familiar with TRT but wouldn't a proper test c and anavar cycle be better than using your TRT stock?

I'm sure the more experienced guys can help!!

So Ive decided to go with a blended T (HD Sustaject 325) as opposed to topping up with more Test Undercanoate since I already have taken the Nebido. Can anybody help me with this cycle and let me know if the 1ml dosage weekly of the Sustaject is a good dosage.

Hi there

I've been on TRT for awhile now. Currently I'm adding 150mg/week of Test Cyp and 300mg/week Masteron to my usual TRT dose which is 150mg/week Test Cyp, totaling 300mg/week each of Test and Mast. I have zero experience with nebido and the undec ester though, so take it from that perspective.

Is there any reason you are going with Sustaject? You have a lot of different length esters in there added to the nebido, I don't know if that's an issue but, in my experience you are more likely to pick up sides like that. Why not just run Test Cyp 250mg/ml, inject 0.5ml twice a week subq. The injection is really no issue, I find twice weekly evens out the ride and I've never had sides like that.

Your total planned dosage, if I have my maths right, is around 450mg/week of test, all shots included although I'm not sure if you calculate Nebido like that. If you used my suggestion it would be around 375mg/week. I always prefer to be cautious and use a bit less if you are unsure of your bodies reaction and sides the first time round. 450mg is by no means a ridiculous dose though.

Don't take Nolva during the cycle unless you had a particular concern, I've found a few days of Nolva sorts out any "itchy nipple" issues. If you're concerned then rather consider keeping a specialist Aromatase Inhibitor of sorts around.

I'm not sure if you're planning a break at week 9, but I would plan my cycle that the week after, or even the week of, my last Test shots I injected my Nebido. You don't want to have a week or two while the nebido is wearing off and you have no other test in your system, that'll really suck.

Lastly I'm a fan of Hcg. If I was you I would consider adding Hcg into the cycle and use it from the last week, twice weekly shots of 250-500iu per shot for 4 weeks. I run Hcg every 2-3 months on cycle anyway and I find it helps.
