Hi there,

I'm currently using Icyplex injectable, as spot fat reducer. I wanted to know if this and Clen oral can be taken together. Reason for my question is that I have been told by my coach to do so.

@oupa wold be the first to turn down the spot reduction myth if he saw this

..icyplex is clen and yohimbine mixed together,you can add clen but make sure you don't overdo it and get ketotifen to keep the receptors open

There is no difference between injecting and oral. How is the clen going to reduce the fat on selected areas? Hy praat kak.

Jono, I've tried Ketotifine, my wife used it. FCK that made me drunk and I had such a bad babalas that I was out for like a day of training so wouldn't like to go that route.

@Oupa,
Currently cycling Clen oral on a 3 day on 2 day off, so I think I'll use Icyplex in the off times. As it does not effect me as bad as the tablets

Did you take it before bed? Otherwise you can use Beta Sleep that also helps

Shit I danna why that would happen hey? Deffinitely give beta sleep a shot,you can buy it at any pharmacy and you should be good to go. Otherwise the 2 week on 1 week off route old also work but it's really shit

Good advice Jono. Get Beta Sleep and dont drink it after 22:00pm, or you will feel kak the next morning, take 2 and your a zombie on sous.

Last resort is 2 weeks shit, but your poor receptors.

beta sleep worked much better for me as well. had a similar groggy result with the ketotifen.
with betasleep I felt properly rested. slept like a baby through the night as opposed to the regular waking up everytime the dogs bark at a cat
