So I need some help,I'm sure Pump can help me out a lot here as well as other experienced guys.

I need to get rid of my gyno,I picked up hectic gyno from my fat days and it's R35000 to get rid of it,definitely not an option right now unless I start a go fund me I read that Letrozole can reduce the size of gyno,I understand it won't disappear completely but anything smaller is better than this.I'm sure there are many who can relate to the self conscious feeling.

How would I go about reducing the size of the gyno with compounds,I've asked this before but pump(if I remember correctly) said I should drop some body fat and then talk again.

You should be able to get it done for a lot cheaper than that, maybe 15k. Letro won't do a thing for it.. Get your body fat as low as possible and enjoy that. I have a tiny bit in my right nipple, a bit pointy, so I'm going to try get my body fat down a bit more but to get rid of it completely I'll have to go under the knife for 4th time. Wish I could tell you something would help. I've tried letro at 2.5mg ed for 3 months with no change, I've taken proviron like it's candy, I've tried masteron/ adex/ 60mg Nolva a day, nothing gets rid of tissue growth, ye it might get smaller but I find that is when you not touching gear, no PCT meds, no diuretics, many other medicines if you take chronic meds. Good luck, maybe someone has a miracle cure That I don't know about

Thanks pump,15k is still a bit steep for me right now. I guess I'll just have to wait until I've got the bucks..maybe I should prostitute myself for a week or two?

It's allot for me too, so that's why I have not done it just yet. I also must just make sure it isn't body fat, so need to drop bf first.

Yeah I guess that's all we can do now is to drop bf.I've read about some surgical financing schemes where you can pay a procedure off over a year or however many months you want,maybe this is something to look into?

Once I get to 14/15% mine is gone completely. Body fat starts creeping up so does the lump under my right nipple. Also tried. Letrozole, Arasin, Proviron, Winstrol and Nolvadex before. Best is to get and keep body fat low and give your system a year plus with no anabolics no sarms no testosterone only natty

Yes you can, there are a few places. But like Rooi just pointed out, if your bodyfat is above 15, I like to say above 12 for my body, I get fat stored straight in my pecs. My dad has never touched steroids and was never overweight his whole life yet stores fat right in his chest and causes man boobs, when he drops 5 or so kgs I can see a big difference and he feels much better about it.

It's a pretty shit situation,but I guess we have to deal with it as it comes..I'm gonna try and get to about 13% and see how that goes,I'm currently on 15%bf. Is there any operation that completely removes the mamary gland so you won't get gyno again?

Only if you read a post from someone on the internet saying they had it done. From the mouth of the same plastic surgeon who did a few of Lolly Jackson's girls said to me the gland is the entire pec. I have had tissue cut out and the once I even had a full mastectomy, where 2 surgeons had worked on me, a general and a plastic to reconstruct the chest and I still had growth afterwards. Just like people who have had breast cancer can get it again from my understanding even after surgery.

Fokkit..I guess prevention is better than the cure..how did you get gyno again pump? Gear or just body fat?

Bit of both but mainly PCT medicine (hCG) and a big one for me is i take a diuretic for my BP which causes it as well as my other meds. Nowhere like steroids but ye. Hence until I drop body fat I won't be certain. I personally don't have a lump this time, so some would call it pseudo gyno, what ever it's label Is, it is still tissue / maybe body fat that changes the shape of the pec

Thanks for the input pump,I really appreciate it. It would've been great if I could shrink the gyno but if I ever get the operation I'll post some before and after pics here. Hopefully it's just some body fat brother,keep well.

try Dr botha at the mayo clinic in roodeport for about 8k all in maybe closer to 7k. Google him if u want ill post his contact number. If im allowed. His a general practitioner.

There have been a few studies on Tamoxifen and Gyno.

I am not contradicting what Pump said. He has first hand experience. And most of the time, you need to see who paid for these medical studies, because it is known to influence the outcome.

You can put Letro, Adex, Aromasin, Nolva, Proviron, Masteron, Primo, you name it until the cows come home and you will never reverse it to the point it looks normal again, if anything you will intoxicate your body with these powerful drugs to get the smallest at best change in size. Take AAS again and it will revert back to exactly where you started if not worse.

Pump would u say using sarms as alternative to gear is a good option if gyno prone? This is the only reason im not touching gear no matter how good u look the gyno fucks everything up.

I don't know enough to personally answer that question. Remember you can get gyno from a diuretic, I even get it on Anavar, I think if one is sensitive, you could pick it up from a number of sources. I will do some testing with the new LGD-4033 and let you know what happens, this would be purely based on how my body handles it.

From my personal experience even a slight hormonal imbalance causes a sensitive nipples and my gyno to flare up again. I've had it happen in PCT and once after being off everything for 8 months
