First SARMS Cycle and PCT?

Hi,

Ok so having read the last couple weeks a lot about SARMS, I've decided to give it a shot.
Nothing crazy, so it will be a basic "cutting cycle" along with a decent defecit in calories.
I've chosen Cardarine for fat burning and cardio benefits. Ostarine for muscle preservation and
curious to see if the reported joint, ligament and overall healing properties are something to speak of as I have a niggle with my right knee.
The Lab I've decided to go with is Liquid Pharmaceuticals as everyone here have had a good experience with them.

Ostarine - 30mg per day
Cardarine - 20mg per day
Both for 8 weeks.

Would any PCT be needed for this and if so what is reccomended?
Anything I'm missing or that can be added?

For pct you can use pct 1 on this site

I'm assuming because of half life of the sarms, start PCT 24 hours after last dose?

Swolzy the only suppressive compound in your stack is Ostarine the half life is 24hours so wait half life x 3 = 3days then you start your clomid and after clomid Nolvadex

Yes I've read that some people have been shut down by Ostarine and others not suppressed at all, so I'll do the PCT 1
on here just to be safe.
