I saw this above cycle on the site. I see there is no test included? I thought test is compulsory on any cycle?

It is, this is a cycle for those that are so scared of needles they will only use orals. It is not a recommended cycle.

Ahh ok.

Stupid question.

What would a lekker first cycle be for cutting/recomp (im at 13.5% bf, 29yrs)

Test prop + what else?

Id like to get all ripped for Desember.
If possible within a grand per month.

Test Prop + Anavar, but I would say, it all comes down to diet.
