First Log - Test / Mast / Winny

Hi Guys,

I'm planning on doing my first logged cycle. 6th Cycle in total, 30 YO, 84KG, 1.85cm, 12%BF approx.

Will post my pre pic over the weekend.

Cycle will be

Test Cyp every 4th day 400mg/week (Until 36 days before PCT) then 100mg Prop EOD until 14 days from PCT
Mast EOD 400mg / week going up to 1g/ week in weeks 11 and 12
Winny injectable first 8 weeks @ 100mg EOD Winny oral @50mg ED last 4 weeks

IA on hand but doubt I'll need it.

Clomid and Nolva PCT

Any thoughts or suggestion?

Not a pro, but that Winny dosage and 8 weeks does seem quite harsh.

Also are you planning to do 400mg mast EOD for the whole cycle (12 weeks)? will it be mast prop?
If yes, won't it make sense to just use mast E to avoid being a pin cushion? If it is mast E then I don't think it would be necessary to pin EOD due to long esters.

Then you also say "EOD 400mg / week" - this is confusing as I don't know if you plan on using 400mg EOD or if you plan on using 400mg per week?

If it is 400mg EOD that is roughly 1.2g per week? EOD would be 3 times a week right?

12 weeks of Winstrol is too long, it doesn't matter if it's the Injectable or oral they are both very liver toxic. Run the winny 4 weeks before you start pct to really dry up.


Test seems a little low to me,500mg per week maybe? Why the 1g of mast in the end? If it's to finish what you have it seems more effective to increase your weekly dosage to make up for the extra mast. What ester is your Masteron?

I would add HCG in your pct to ensure a smooth recovery, rather over do it than under.

His knees or elbows wont bend after this cycle.

With Oupa on this one.

Winny way overkill. And combined with Masteron at 400mg you now have 2 high dose DHTS your joints are going to kill you. Going to feel like a miserable frail brittle old man

Thanks guys! This is why I still ask for input.

I have joint and liver support, but based on feedback, I'm going to use Injectable winny for four weeks @ 75mg EOD, then take 4 weeks off winny and finish with 50mg oral winny ED.

I want to keep test as low as possible and basically only added low dose due to the high amount of dht used.

As for the mast I'm starting @ 100mg mast prop EOD and will gradually move up towards 200mg EOD depending on how it goes.

Also added 100mg T3 ED 50mg am 50mg pm. Won't use T3 for twelve weeks and will probably stop after 6 weeks or use for first and last 4 weeks.

I know some guys disagree, but I get gyno flare-up from hcg, so therefore prefer not to add it.

Would the changes made to winny dose suffice?
Any other thoughts will be appreciated.
