Long time lurker looking for some help was created by Marshy
Hi all!
I trust you're all well and having a good start to the new year!
I'm a looooong time lurker, and generally do a lot more reading on the forum than posting.
Needing some assistance please.
I haven't been feeling great over the later part of last year, and even after using GW and FFF, have battled to lose weight. (In my previous job, I could drop 3kgs in a week from stress alone) . I was also battling with energy, constantly short with people and generally irritable, and low libido. Went and had some bloods done (which eventually ended up being three separate sets) and all came back showing hypothyroidism and very low test levels (I'm 30 years old, so wasn't pleased at all with this.) I even had ultrasounds on my thyroid done, which showed it to be inflamed.
Booked myself in to go and see and Endocrinologist, and he pulled up my past bloods and wasn't too happy with them but said the results were manageable. Was sent for another set of bloods, and miraculously, my thyroid and test levels have stabled out and are once again normal? Even the Endo was a bit confused but said the first results could have been from stress.
Needless to say I'm needing to get back on the band wagon in the new year!
The doc in the interim has put me on DHEA 10mg, D3 2500iu, and Solal Burnout daily, and will do another round of bloods at the end of March.
I'm following an intermittent fasting diet at present ( 16/8 ), and will be looking to get a lot leaner. Currently 91kg, and wanting to get down to 83kg. Would GW be fine on its own for this or should I add in something else like FFF, MK677, clen?
Or should I just use the GW until after the bloods and then introduce one or both of the others? PErhaps wait til I hit my goal weight before introducing MHR?
Sorry for the long winded post. Everyone I chat to isn't too clued up on SARMS, FFF or MHR.
I know clen is a boss when it comes to cutting, but I enjoy my running and touch rugby and I know very well how it would cause me to gas out - have used it in the past.
I'm pretty happy with my training, and diet is pretty clean, just really am struggling to lose weight, no matter how hard I train.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
Thanks a mil!

Nice post, and bloods can change like that. If you had to look at my bloods before a long holiday and after you would be shocked.
Why not just run the GW on it's own for awhile, use it to up your cardio (not overboard), so that it can aid in your goal to lose weight and in the same time, lifting up your mood a little and working off some of that irritability.
Go back to getting the basics right by eating healthy, don't smash bad foods to fill a void, get some consistency going and then let's look at what we can do once you drop a few kg's and get back into the swing of things.

Howzit Pump!
Thanks so much for the reply. Cool! That works perfectly with me. Will use the standard 20mg per day.
Yeah, it's amazing what our bodies will tell us we need- one of the first questions the Endo asked was do I hit a mid afternoon slump around 3-4pm and do I crave carbs and sugars around this time and I couldn't believe it. It was like the guy followed me around. He said it was my body trying to work around the slump in thyroid activity, and doing whatever it could to try feel better.
Will spend the next 3 or so months just using the GW, and getting my diet and training into a good space, before adding any other compounds.
Looking forward to the feedback from MHR users over the next few months, to maybe throw in once I hit my goal weight.
Thanks again!

FFF and GW can be stacked.
In your case it might be helpfull as FFF has herbal extracts in it thst up regulates the thyroid and it contains natural test boosters so a FFF GW stack might actually do you good
