Clen cycle- to yohimbe or not yohimbe? First time was created by Lemmiwinks95
Howzit okes,
Planning a clen 'cycle', first time user.
Been reading up and they say a 3 weeks on (at x dose) followed by another 3 weeks on (at previous x dose + say 20mcg) is the way to go? No downtime. From the search it seems people here run it the more traditional 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Anyone tried both and can say which is best?
Also I see yohimbe is advise at 10g PD taken in the morning with the clen (insulin free environment ye?).
Anyways if I was to run I'd take it prior to fasted cardio in the AM.
@furk I know that you're my man on this one, any tips? Tricks? Advice?
As always, much appreciated gents.

Also any noticeable difference between tabs and liquid form? (Liquid form is much more economical so perhaps slightly less effective?)

Just some stats. 112kg this morning, bf % is high and I'm looking to get it way down, morning cardio for 60min has been a real slog but in my second week of it now and it's going much better.
I hit weights in the afternoon. 1 muscle group PD thus training 5x a week.

Word of advice, clen and yohimbine won’t compensate for a bad diet. The combo works really well when you in a deficit and want to get from the 8% range down to competition condition. Sounds to me you looking for a shortcut. Only shortcut option is DNP, which if used wrong has that nasty death side effect. Get your training and diet in check and getting down to 10% ish is pretty easy. Keep the diet as is and add in these compounds and you likely to just feel kak, which will stuff up your training and you won’t see results.

Fuuucking heavy, never heard of DNP until now and obviously will stay well away from it.
Diet isn't too bad,
Morning shake: 200ml skim milk, 2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, 50g raw oats, banana, low fat yogurt, scoop of future life high protein and a handful of blueberries.
Meal 2: 150-200g chicken. 100g broccoli.
Meal 3: leftover chicken (again 150-200g) with around 100g broccoli also.
Meal 4 (not really a meal)- post workout whey double scoop +-48g of protein.
Meal 5: post workout. 250-350g steak. 250g pumpkin.
Sometimes meal 6 is some casein depending how I feel. Not very often tho.
So gear what would you advise to get me to this elusive 10%? I was a big boy @125kg a few years ago largely fat.
My stubborn areas are stomach, hips. Was hoping the clen/yohimbe would help me slim down.
Matter of curiosity, any of the vets taken DNP? care to share your experience?

I might be wrong since i don't know your current weight and detailed stats, but i'm leaning to the suggestion that your intake is still a bit too much. Cut some calories and i'm sure you'll get there easily.

Some diet observations: cut the dairy from your morning shake. Also seems that you are not eating your carbs around training. I would keep your meals that are furthest away from training as the low carb meals and switch up the pre and post training meals to the carb containing meals. The other thing is you don’t mention how the food is cooked. There is chicken and there is chicken (lean breasts grilled, braaied or done on dry heat in a pan etc and there is roast chicken, saucy chicken) - keep the cooking method clean - if fats are to be used (like coconut oil or olive - please not sunflower or canola) measure the amount and factor into your macros. Are your vegetables steamed or roasted? Should be steamed.
Also tough to assess quantities without knowing current weight and reasonably accurate BF%. Another suggestion is, if you can, ,avoid drinking your calories (definitely alcohol is an absolute NO) - eat food not shakes ideally (and if shakes are to be used ensure that the whey is sugar free (low sugar) and the shake is made with water not milk. There are things you don’t mention which are often hidden calories such as cappuccinos. Had a friend on a really clean diet and wasn’t losing and then through discussion realized he was having 6-7 cappuccinos a day adding lots of dairy and calories. Cut that and the weight melted off.
As for DNP, I have used it pretty successfully - but carefully (with T3 as it lowers TSH). Left dieting for a show a bit too late (not ideal) - got me down from 12-8% in 2 weeks - felt like complete dog shiiit, training was horrible, life was horrible. Clen and Yohimbine and diet got me down to 3%ish for the show (consider I am 43 so it’s a bit tougher). There is no real need to use it and take the risk, you simply need to find what macro composition works for you, tweak the macros weekly based on weight, look and measurement if you can. Never assume something is clean if you haven’t cooked it. You can also switch up chicken and meat for leaner options like white fish to see what happens.
