First Cycle - Questions and Help

Hey Guys,

Ive finished my SARMS cycle and did a PCT afterwards late last year, got some very good results but nothing major, don't know if it was because i was training harder or because of the SARMS. Took Ostarine - 30mg per day and Cardarine - 20mg per day both for 8 weeks.

I now want to go onto a beginners cycle, don't mind injecting. What would be a good cycle to start on. A friend of mine suggested that i start a cycle of 1ml Masteron 100 and 1ml Super Test 320 every 4 days for max three months.

I go to gym 7 days a week, lots of cardio, lifting and my diet is in check.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

I was waiting about 15-16 days after test e cycle but I have just checked test e serum levels and days chart yes you are right at 300mg you need to wait 30 days to have base levels and at 500 maybe 40 days. Thanks for that

No offense but HCG will surpass your LH and the 2. and 3. pct plan says use hcg while on pct?

Actually the half life of Test-En is 8-10 days. I find it much better to use HCG while on cycle compared to PCT as this keeps your cohones active throughout, i.e. never fully shut down. It makesthe PCT transition easier especially in terms of mood.
