Cycle Update and Next Cycle...please advise!!

Hi Guys,

Almost done with my current 16week cycle as advised by @Mfezdro

Weeks 1-10 - Test cyp @ 250-300/week
Weeks 1-10 - NPP @ 300mg/week. You could do this for 8 weeks, but 10 works.
Weeks 10-14 - Anavar @ 40-60mg/day. Use some essential extreme or similar liver supplement.
Weeks 6-14 Hcg @ 250 iu x 2 or 3/week or 500iux2/week
Week 15 Clomid x 100mg/day
Week 16 on - Nolvadex, 20mg/day

Currently only on Anavar at the moment and then PCT starts.

Strength increased, bodyfat went down from 16% to 13%.
Weight from 90 to 94kg

Diet was on point, Monday to Friday...weekends are still a struggle with a very busy social life.

Got mild back acne, but that's it.

Now my thing is, I want to go on another cycle.

1. How long do you suggest I wait before I start my next cycle?
2. I'm pretty much satisfied with this cycle, you suggest I do the same cycle over?
3. If not, what 2nd cycle you suggest I do for lean, good quality muscle.

hey pal, well done on the results. i'm sure if you got the diet sorted weekends as well BF would have been down even more.

1. Generally time on should equal time off. So if you did 16 weeks on cycle you should take at least a 16 week break as well.
2. I personally have not done a cycle like this and am planning to do the same soon except that i will be using test e from pgw to get that 300mg per week spot on with 1ml. If the cycle works for you i see no reason why it should not be done again. One reason for changing it up could be to try out different compounds. That is not a must and depends solely on you.
My personal point of view... if it works why change it.
3. If i were to suggest something for lean bulk i would probably go with equi or primo. The other cycle which is not just for anyone would be changing the NPP to Tren A. That's some hardcore stuff though... from what i've read.

Time on cycle = time off + 4weeks in general if you compete guys are neva really off cycle...haha
(E,g 10wk cycle = 10wks off + 4wks =14weeks before next cycle)

On your next cycle
A basic e.q & test cycle with a finish off with winstrol is perfect
Masteron prop nd test prop 8wks as another option
Add in tren ace & clen for a more advanced user and you ripped.

Last option primo nd test. Tho that kind of cyvle is pretty expensive to say the least. Which ever brand you good for

Time on cycle 16 weeks so take 16 weeks off plus PCT time.

Dont run the same cycle over

What would the reason be to not run the same cycle?
Does the body get use to the cycle even after a 16 week break?
